“The shelves looked like they were going out of business. Also, this homemade display made of pallets was teathered off to the ceiling tile grid. Where's a safety professional when you need em. Finally, the cashier was pissy... acted like I was the one that burned her barn.”

I found several items and the dressing room experience was quick and easy! My mom was even able to use a coupon she printed out. I would recommend this location for so many occasions. “Bro I love me some TJ Maxx. I really like the layout of this store in particular and you can go there every week and find something new. Do I like that every time I go there I have to be asked if I would like to open a credit card not really but I understand they're doing their job in corporate wants to push it so you know whatever. The store's best seasonal area is the checkout aisle. Also their 99 cent tote bags are always so cute.”
“I'm giving 5 stars for Lisa, who works in the ladies' clothes section. She is the best. Extremely helpful and very personable. As most know, the store doesn't have enough help. It was especially a mess during the holidays. Lots of people waiting to check out, dressing rooms a disaster, and she kept her smile and friendly demeanor through it all. I saw her a couple of weeks ago and told her I appreciated her efforts. Belk mgmt, I hope you realize her value.”

“Found lots of Christmas presents here for much cheaper than what they were in other stores, such as Target. It was the week of Christmas so it was very crowded but the line time went very quickly!!”
“It's good to walk in and be greeted by name. Courteous staff, always helpful and kind. Today I took a tire that was leaking down back for service. The road hazard warranty covered the tire and they ended up replacing it for free. The lifetime rotate and balance with the road hazard warranty is well worth the money spent!”
“I went to Burlington this evening for a Christmas gift with my mom and I ended up buying some items for my new place when I got to the register the thing beeped for me to come to register 7 I encountered a young lady by the name of Jennifer she was so pleasant her smile was warm and she had a great spirit. I enjoyed our conversation while I was being rung up I wish there was more people giving the kind of customer service that she gave!!!!”

“A GREAT experience from Southern Hearth from the very first call to every interaction thereafter. We installed both a inwall wood fireplace/stove and an outdoor fireplace (that share a chase)... they were instrumental in getting the design right for safety and codes. I really enjoyed working with Marty / Tony and team... not only do they really know their stuff, but they're very accommodating with questions and concerns and helped design the right system. We live in Franklin, TN and were not getting the same level of service from local companies... even with extra travel costs they were very reasonable and a great value. Highly recommend reaching out to them.”

“This was probably the best visit I have ever had to this particular Dollar tree. There was a very nice young gentleman working there that was hardworking, very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable pertaining to the items sold in this store. Although he couldn't have been any older than 19 or 20, I can actually see this young man moving through the ranks quickly. Finding himself in a management position in no time. I was impressed and blown away by his mature demeanor and hard work ethic. This is unfortunately a rare quality in today's society. And especially abscent in the young men I have encountered in the workforce.”
“Drove past this Walmart due to the reviews but when I could not find another store, I came back. I've only been here one time but but that visit did not have a one and a half star vibe. We were immediately greeted by a friendly employee who gave us a basket for our shopping, The store was clean, well staffed and well stocked. I would not hesitate to come back if I am in the area again.”

“I was glad to find that they were still open during the shutdown. Not only were they open they still had all the things that I needed. The only thing I had to adjust was the lack of honey available but then I got to branch out and try honey that was from orange blossoms (turns out it's delicious). I was also able to find my favorite coffee Gevalia on sale (: Way to go Walmart you did a great job!!!”
“Love this place. The people are super friendly and accepting. My boyfriend and I got some hats there and got to talking to them and the place is super inclusive now and they’ve even hired a quite a few lgbtqia+ members. They did a great job designing our hats and they got it done very quickly. Just from our experience their I think people can be a little unrealistic in their expectations from the staff and forget these are just regular retail workers and not skilled artisans. They are skilled and talented for sure, but again, it’s a hat store and most of these people didn’t take this minimum wage job expecting to learn a complex job and machine like that.”

“Great place to shop for fragrances. I usually know what I’m going to sample, and the fragrance counter workers typically are understanding/let me take my time and look around without bothering me. But I have also seen them take the time and care to help someone decide on a fragrance to purchase for a gift. I eavesdropped, and thought that they gave great advice and steered that customer in the right direction.”
