I was going to this salon for almost 2 years. I started bringing my husband, sisters, and niece because they did such a great job. Well that was in the beginning….all of a sudden my nail tech Annie started telling me she’s so busy and not to come on weekends. She started pushing my sister off on other nail techs. Well today I decided to give it one last shot going in on a weekday. I walked in and was treated like a total stranger. Annie looked at us and turned her head. We waited for about 10 minutes then she said I can do your nails but I have an appointment in 30 minutes. I can’t believe after spending thousands here I get treated like a stranger. I got up and walked out. It seems as if they don’t enjoy regulars, only walk-ins. I go where my money is appreciated and it won’t be here.

After being rudely treated just walking in the door at another nail salon I came here . Absolutely a total different experience hands down . Greeted when we came in the were busy but advised yes we can do all 3 just a few minutes pick a color . The ladies who did the pedicures for me and my girls were nice and fast definitely will come back .

I’m pretty rough on my nails and these guys always fix me up quick fast and I’m a hurry with no problem! The best thing is, it doesn’t matter who ends up doing them for me they are always on point! I love them all!!?

*DO NOT COME HERE* My girlfriend and I arrived at Zarah at 5:45pm (they close at 7). We asked for 2 full sets and 2 pedicures. We received 2 pedicures which were $110. Once it was time for our nails, one of the men asked me what I would like. I asked if they could do duck tips. He told me no because they didn’t have the tips. So I said that’s ok, I’ll go somewhere else and get the full set. He said “ok”. About 5 minutes later I asked if I could just do square, square. He looked at the clock (6:06pm) and he told me no, they were not doing my nails at all and they don’t offer square, square shaping. I told him I just got the same shape 2 weeks ago from them and I asked why they don’t want to service me he just walked away. So we yelled at each other and I cussed him out, paid for my pedicure that was definitely not worth the price and left. I will never come here again. They are very rude and unprofessional.

Super clean, always have my nails on point. They are honest and won't try to beat you by overcharging for services and stuff you dont need. How my hands look is very important to me.

I had a coworker recommend Zarahs, I’ve had a hard time finding places to do my nails the way I like and multiple places hurt me bad when doing a pedicure. This place I recommend ?. I will never go anywhere else again! The pedicure was on point. The nails omg I love my nails ❤️ look at them (not my cuticles lol I chew those) but the nails ❤️
Update: still coming here. Still the best nails I’ve ever had. He did my unicorns nails and I LOVE them. Had glow in the dark designs. Pedicures are nice and relaxing. Will not go anywhere else.
