I stopped at this MAPCO to get some gas. There was a sign posted on the door said going to restroom. Be back in 10 minutes while standing outside waiting on the employee to get done and what I thought she was in the restroom. I’ll begin talking to other customers they had been there already for 10 to 15 minutes. 5 to 6 minutes pass by and still nothing, then I notice a van pulls in the parking lot and parks at a gas pump maybe 30 seconds went by and the employee comes walking from the parking lot unlock the door and takes a sign off! I’m not sure 100% if she got out of that van but I do know that she wasn’t in the bathroom like the sign said! And I for a fact mapco doesn’t lock a store down at 10:20a.m and leave the Store unattended she didn’t even apologize for the wait or anything she didn’t even talk to me hardly. And I had to ask to put my rewards in! I know for a fact that’s not how mapco is supposed to be ran! Also the employees park at the gas pumps and block them!¡! Very sad to see that’s how they run this store!¡!

Had car issues when I got to gas station. Battery needed a jump and jumper was dead. The clerk in store helped me get it charged up so I could get back rolling so thankful.

Yall should definitely get more staff! Closing at 10 o'clock??? I waited outside for the employee for 5-7 minutes and saw me standing at the door but didn't bother to say he was closed but waited until 3 more people came up to say it! Very rude and A LOT of business lost...like 10 people! I asked him why he didn't say it when he came out and said oh my bad...are you serious?!!!
