Would not suggest anybody to let the alterations department at this David's bridal. Get ahold of your dress. My dress is a two thousand dollar dress and they have Made the underneath of my dress horrible. And
That was after taking it back a second time. Only for them to make it uglier on the underneath and giving my dress a tell... 3 crappie loops and a tell later, I still don't have a good loop... on top of my wedding is 3 days away and they messed up the back of my corset one string is so sort it can't be tied.... both strings are sowed to the top left of my dress so not can't even it out Like a shoe string.... I'm so upset and angry. I trusted them a 2nd time only for them to ruin my wedding dress and day. The woman who done my Alterations deserves to be fired... Not just a ride up or a smack on the wrist fired......

Ashley E went above and made sure that I was completely comfortable with my dress. She spent extra time with us. I had a horrible experience with another place and she was willing to help me until I was happy. I found a dress that was exactly what I didn't know I wanted but when I tried it on I knew.

We had an appointment at 3pm to try on Bridesmaids dresses. I was called 3-4 days in advance to ask which dress and potential sizes. When we arrived at the store we were told they didn’t have the sizes that they said they had when the consultant called us to confirm the appointment. Three different people came around to help us bc we were left with dresses that were not our size and was told that the closest store was in Atlanta. So me and my daughter looked at shoes without assistance which was fine. However when you make an appointment for a consultation about specific dresses days earlier you should be greeted by a consultant and shown what was told to you over the phone. I was really disappointed to not be able to try on the dress that would actually kinda fit so that I could get an idea for alterations. My daughter and I walked about and found shoes to try on and similar dresses to get an idea on size. The last consultant that talked to us helped us to the front to purchase the dresses because we couldn’t try any on in our actual size. If I was told in advance that I had to purchase my size to try it on then I would have just done that instead of spending almost 2 hours looking around to find something similar to get an idea. Ashley was very nice but I was disappointed with the visit all together.
