First of all I got a fill in and a pedicure and second of all I could not understand not one thing they was saying but the service sucks when I got home and looked at my toe nails I was so mad aI could have done this myself but even better never again

This nail salon has an awful smell. The nail technicians were not welcoming to me nor my niece. One of the nail technicians was not honest about some things as well. I would not recommend anyone to pay service at this nail salon. I highly recommend that they renovate the nail entire salon.

Was not happy at all. Got gel nails and Pedi. They left glue under my nails and on sides. On the Pedi they didn't clean under my toenails. Will not be going back.

I made an appointment for Danny or his wife but every time I come here I always get the unexperienced person who doesn't know how to decorate nails. I even came with my daughter and I paid for both of us spending well over $100 but yet I get the unexperienced worker who doesn't know how to design nails. However my appointment was made ahead of time which was the purpose of avoiding to get the person that is unexperienced in the shop. Yeah every time I come to the shop I get the new person who doesn't know how to design nails. Going forward I guess I have to take my business somewhere else so I can get an experienced person or at least the one I made an appointment with and not get there to spend my money to get the unexperienced worker who just start doing nails and no idea on how to design nails.Service: Acrylic nails

I took my daughters here for their first mini manicure experience and Danny was nice to one of my daughters, the other lady was extremely rude to my other daughter, snapping at her to be quiet when she told her how excited she was to get her nails done for the first time. The lady also put her nails on crooked so that just added to her bad experience. We were still nice to them and paid but it’s definitely not worth it (the product or the customer service).Services: Manicure

I went to get my nails done. I moved to brainerd and usually went to serenity nails in hixson, so I wanted to try this place because it’s obviously closer and had decent reviews. I had got a gel set and picked my colors. The lady who did my nails did an AWFUL job. The powder she used was apparently transparent. I did not know this and was not warned. I kept waiting for it to get darker and it never did. When she finished I told her I wanted it to be darker and she told me it’s a transparent color. I said “oh okay, well can we add on a darker pink?” And she told me no. I went to the car and sat in the parking lot for 2 minutes and went back in and asked to speak to the manager. They guy points to the lady who did my nails. She comes up and says “we did not pick the color, you did. You should have told me on the 1st or 2nd nail but you didn’t. I can’t do anything because all 10 are done and it would take a long time to get the color off.” I told her how I didn’t know it was a transparent color and that I didn’t say anything cause I was waiting on it to get darker. She told me all that in a rude tone and refused to fix the issue. Now I have ugly nails. If you’re gonna own a nail salon, or any business for that matter, LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I was not rude or mean to her and didn’t deserve her rudeness back. DONT COME HERE. I was told by 1 person and another at the salon they only let a guy named “Danny” do their nails. THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE LACK OF SKILLS AND SERVICE THIS PLACE HAS. This is my first review for a place and that says something. I can deal with bad customer service to an extent. These nails are NOT worth $40

Do not go to Danny's save your money there's a fat guy that sits in the last chair that they pass people to who don't know the good nail techs he's rude who's very money-hungry everything is 5 $10 more when you don't choose to get gel nails he will do your nails really thin so you'll have to come back and see him multiple times I actually had to come back after two days to get for nails replaced very sloppy work but what makes him even worse I was 9 months pregnant getting my nails done and I asked for water he got so angry he pushed me away in the rolling chair to another station I refuse to finish my nails because I felt dehydrated I also have watched him ignore certain races are people and great certain races they're very very money hungry they talk to each other in Korean language they even asked each other how much tips you leave bad bad service

Danny's is my favorite nail salon, I don't need a fill-in for 2-3 weeks, anywhere else I've been I have to get a fill-in weekly. I'm also ALWAYS happy with my end result.
