Been waiting on a medication for 3 months due to a supplier back order that is affecting all CVS. Need to find a new supplier instead of leaving patients in pain. However, I would say their staff is the best in town, especially Maia. Only store I've been to that treats me with respect and empathy on a consistent basis

Received replacement melatonin very fast. The main issue I had was reporting this missing item from initial order. I was transferred 5 times totaling 40 minutes when I called the phone number indicated on my email receipt. C/S was awful 😣 with the first 4 reps.
