One of the worst CVS stores. Kiara at the window is just bitter, rude, and racist. I went to get my child’s medicine today and was bullied for asking questions. Literally this woman got angry for me asking the name of the medicine my child would be ingesting. Because cough syrup is not the name of a medication. Then I spoke up because if she is gonna bully me what other parents is she out here bullying into silence. I should not be made to feel like I have to Google my child’s medication because your lazy employee. This company needs to put her away from customers or at very least train her on what empathy and compassionate care is.. you work in a pharmacy not a shoe store Kiara.

Jade is the young lady who always delivers my prescriptions. She is always so polite and bubbly,I love seeing her! Sometimes I forget to order my rx in advance and the entire staff would immediately get it ready and deliver it right away! I love the entire staff at the dodson Ave store

I was frustrated I had to move my prescriptions to CVS due to insurance requirements, but this specific location is the kindest group of people. If only every CVS had such caring tech and pharmacists. I've had interactions with many of the staff and am really thankful for their patience and care.

CVS notifies you of filled prescriptions that are ready to be picked up. However, this location has the slowest service ever. Extremely slow drive thru. Far better service when this location was the Erlanger outpatient pharmacy.
