If you are being treated rudely here, then that's a you problem. The people that work here are great and help as much as they can. Since they have combined 2 stores into one they are over worked. You want to check price, use the app or the link in your text messages. If you want to see a bad cvs, go to the the one in trenton ga. 8+ working no one at drive thru or front desk, talking.

Rude older cashiers, last time shopping here. If you're not an older patron, they treat you like garbage

The service is always great at this location. CVS or the owner of the building needs to do more to make the store presentable. The condition is unacceptable.

This place doesn't answer the phone. If you have problems or just questions about medicine you have to leave a number and they MIGHT call back. If all you need is a price be prepared for the machine to take over. You will not be able to speak to a person. No company is that busy to not answer the phone or to give information about the meds prescription.

With the closing of State Street CVS, it has been crazy. You call here any time, “if” they answer the phone, that you can pick up your prescriptions in two hours! Two hours!! Then you get there they are still not ready. There’s no set pharmacist and the roaming ones are disrespectful, inconsiderate, rude and any other word you can gather in this group. The trainees come to work inappropriately dressed, a male had a doo rag on his head one time I went. CVS at Erlanger is close to me but parking just to go there for that isn’t good. Publix pharmacy is on my insurance, really considering the change.

Well they just lost my business. I went in to pick up meds, they had 3 but I only needed 2, and let the lady know..she grabbed all 3 and brought them to the register abd was about to ring them up, I said is that the one I don't need? I thought she misunderstood so I said, I don't need that one...she looked at me like I was stupid and stated "I heard you" very rudely. I literally just had surgery a few weeks back was hurting and standing waiting on her to treat me like that..no thank you. If you see her tell her bye for me..Older lady long blonde hair and glasses.. Since Steve and Steve retired the quality of care has dropped exponentially..its a shame.

Very unprofessional, not polite or timely at all. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes an hour later and they still didn’t have it filled. Even though there was only two people in front of me.

Pharmacy does not answer phone

Friendly staff. Well organized clean store. The only complaint that I have is that the pharmacy takes forever to answer the phone and sometimes they never answer it even if you call the front end of the store and ask them to tell the pharmacy to pick up the phone. They will tell you that they are going back there to tell them but then again, never an answer. Also, they close entirely to early. And if you get there five minutes before closing time, rest assured that they will already be closed up.

I was on hold for over an hour today with the pharmacy before giving up and driving to the store, where I watched employees ignore the phone ringing constantly. I’ve never been able to reach this location on the phone, despite trying quite a few times. There’s always a long line, and when you get to the front you see why….employees are either ignoring customers, chatting with someone they know and holding up the line, or physically moving so slow that you’re at the register for double the time necessary (ever see Zootopia?) I’ve moved around and used quite a few pharmacies in my life. My kids are on many medications. I’ve never received such consistently awful service before, and I wish I could leave zero stars.
