Asked me to wait while they processed other callin orders and stocked shelves(mine were ready) 20 minutes of waiting?
Really bad customer service
Moving on to Walgreens

This is singlehandly the worst pharmacy in all of chattanooga. The staff is extremely unprofessional and negligent. I have been trying to get my perscription for 2 weeks in which they told me it would be ordered and aquired within 3 days of my first visit trying to pickup, and it has now been 10 days without me taking my daily perscription. I went 4 times, once saying it was ordered when it was not, second the pharmacy closes and hour early, third i went at 1:20 after being at work and it was already shut down for lunch (1:30 is when it is supposed to), and the fourth time they said it wasn’t ever ordered. I have been on a hormonal prescription for 4 years and because of the negligence of this pharmaceutical staff my body is freaking out as I haven’t been able to get it. Avoid prescriptions at this location at all cost.

Waited for 4 hours to receive a call about a prescription (Tamiflu) that our pediatrician called in for our daughter. It has to be delivered in a certain timeframe. Never received a call so we drove by before it closed after we did not receive a call and were unable to get anyone on the phone. Once we got there they said they could not fill the prescription and they had transferred it to Signal Mountain…? No call to tell us they couldn’t fill it, so we could work on getting it transferred somewhere closer than 30 minutes away.

Tried taking something back that was given to me with the receipt to exchange for something else. I was told their policy is that the money would be refunded to the card that paid for it. So no exchange could be made. No store credit. No cash refund. Just ridiculous return policy. Selene, the operations manager was completely rude about it and it’s not the first time she’s showed a nasty attitude. She doesn’t need to be in customer service. The other manager who I forget her name is a ray of sunshine and the store is usually stocked well on a good note.

They are understaffed. They are in need of help. This is a very busy time of year and some workers are tired and frustrated. Hopefully they will get more employees to alleviate this issue.

Selene was so friendly at check out! She got me signed up as a CVS rewards member with ease. I recently moved to the area and look forward to experiencing this level of customer service in the future.

Such a badly run pharmacy and clinic. Signs say walk ins welcome for flu vaccines, but they will not take walk ins no matter how slow they are. Also, called and specifically asked the ages for flu shots there and was told 18+ months old. Called later to try and schedule for myself and 2 sons (5 & 2) and was told they can’t take anyone under 13 years old. Seems like whoever is working gets to make their own rules.

While shopping here last night, I asked where the restroom was, but was rudely told they did not have a public restroom. When I begged because it was a bladder emergency, they begrudgingly unlocked their restroom for me. Since CVS considers me to be "the public" instead of a "valued customer", I will spend my money elsewhere in the future.

THIS GIRS FOR ALL MAIN BIG BOX PARTICLES PHARMACIES:Their corporate policies are insane. They stated out of being sued by the corrupt DEA AND AGREED TO ONLY FILL LESS PRESCRIPTIONS FOR AC CONDITION THAT AFFECTS BOTH TREATED AND UNTREATED PATIENTS IN CHRONIC PAIN! Less than 1% of prescribed opioids alone can lead very unlucky prone into further pre-disposed addiction ( genetic and behavioral disease). I was told at one locally that several months ago my 88 year old disabled grandmother I caretake for full time couldn’t pay cash for only. THAT kind of prescription. It was way cheaper than their horrible insurance they own, Aetna. They want toyYou using that. So many are suffering and dying.

Always an odd interaction with associates. Trying to get in and out i.stoppee in for 2 itemsAsked where am item was and was told the wrong aisle no biggie because I eventually found it on different aisle. I notified associates in case sh r was just mistaken. Immediately she goes into defense mode saying she corrected herself. And said the right aisle. No u didn't. The correct aisle sounds nothing like what you said. I know what I heard. Why lie or be argumentative? Then I noticed that she was well into vacuuming at like 9:1ll0 by 9:15 both associates were standing staring out the door and locking the front door and the store doesn't close till 10pm. I called back to verify closing time. No answer.

First bad review I’ve ever left.. called yesterday to refill my prescription, the pharmacist asked when I wanted to pick it up, I said tomorrow afternoon. She said okay, never told me they close at 1:30 for lunch. Walked in at 1:30 and got in line. They serviced the person in front of me then said we are closed right now for lunch. Didn’t even ask me what I was there for. Didn’t apologize. Maybe it’s not their fault and the company is overly rigged and won’t allow them to service their customers until 1:32 and come back at 2:02.. but dude. Come on.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!I have been trying to get a medication filled for over a week and they can't figure out how to use there own system. Every time I need a medication filled, there is some kind of issue with their system. My insurance company has called and spoken with them several times. They don't know what they are doing. I have been forced to pay out of pocket twice due to their incompetence.
