Went to CVS on Hwy 58 today to pick up a prescription, I did not notice that it opened at 9am on Saturday, i assumed that 8am was their normal hours throughout the week and that it also applies for Saturdays. I decided to walk in the store and inquire about the pharmacy. I saw a female worker standing behind the front counter and asked about the pharmacy not being open. This hateful, non-frendly overweight person said with a condescending attitude that the pharmacy opens at 9 am on Saturday and 10 am on Sunday. Why is it that every time I walk in this particular CVS, I have to deal with people that come across as if they hate their job and people with unprofessional appearance? I only visit the CVS because my insurance will discount my prescription if I have it filled their. I prefer Walgreens, the people are very friendly and helpful

Been waiting on a medication for 3 months due to a supplier back order that is affecting all CVS. Need to find a new supplier instead of leaving patients in pain.However, I would say their staff is the best in town, especially Maia. Only store I've been to that treats me with respect and empathy on a consistent basis

hate dealing with cvs and Caremark. If my insurance didn’t require I use them I wouldn’t. The pharmacy has terrible customer service aside from one girl. Their responses are rude when asking anything of inconvenience to them or they are lazy and don’t want to look it up. The store itself is fine I suppose however I don’t use it much because of how awful the pharmacy is.

Received replacement melatonin very fast. The main issue I had was reporting this missing item from initial order. I was transferred 5 times totaling 40 minutes when I called the phone number indicated on my email receipt. C/S was awful ? with the first 4 reps.

If I could possibly leave no stars, I would. This pharmacy is full of the most inept people that I've ever encountered. They surely don't need to be dealing with the public's medication.

How long has both restrooms men and women been out of order? While waiting for a script, I really needed to go, bathrooms were taped up with out of order signs. Not good! People do have emergencies! I left the store.

I am not usually one that writes reviews but my experience with CVS on Highway 58 has been absolutely ridiculous. Every single time I have had an interaction with them, there has been an issue. I understand that things happen and there may be a slight delay. But today for example I had a prescription called in at 9:30 in the morning for antibiotics. Got a text message that it was in process and they would update me on the progress. Didn’t hear anything by 4:30 in the afternoon so I called. The automated system told me that it wouldn’t be ready for four days. In fact, it wouldn’t be ready until 5:55 pm on Monday night. I then spoke to the pharmacy staff for more information. I was told to call around other CVS stores in my area to see if they had the antibiotics that I needed. No help in finding out what stores had the antibiotic that I needed. I was left blindly calling CVS stores in my area and hoping that somebody could help me. Every time I have an interaction with this pharmacy, it is something like this. In addition, the pharmacy staff are continually rude and unhelpful. I have never once had a prescription called in and had it filled without issue when using this pharmacy. The only reason that I have continued to use CVS at all is because my insurance requires me to use CVS. Otherwise, I would never use them. And if I could give a negative rating, I would. Negative 5 stars. Steer clear of this pharmacy!

I ran in for an Ace bandage for my husband. Haven't been to a CVS in awhile. My job has its own pharmacy. However, I was very suprised at how the store was set up. It was very clean, and it had a ton of items that I was not expecting. It had its own convenience store and frozen food. I was very impressed!

I called on March 19 at 9:56 am. I was cut off while trying to explain why I was calling and asked what my birthday was. I was then cut off when trying to tell her what prescription that continues to be filled that I was no longer on.
