Jason was super helpful and even helped us with ideas on how to use the space to fit more. Really great prices. The non climate controlled literally feels climate controlled. Definitely suggest for anyone needing a big or small unit.

Jason was very knowledgeable. I ran into a problem and Jason was very efficient to resolve my issue which made my moving experience pleasant. I also met another representative and he was very nice. The units are kept clean of debris. The hallways are spacious to move furniture in and out. They have a dolly you can utilize that was sturdy to move furniture. My experience with Prime Storage was the best interaction in the area. I will recommend Prime Storage to family and friends. Thank you again for showing me world class customer service!

The two men at the front desk were very kind to me. I can’t say the same for the people next door, I came here to take my business elsewhere and wish that I came here first. Come to prime storage before going anywhere else.

Our experience at Prime Storage has been nothing but the best customer service, knowledgeable of units and excellent customer appreciation! We were there for 7 months and we NEVER had an issue with crime or theft, our belongings were safe at all times. We no longer need our AMAZING 10x30 storage unit because we bought a house with enough storage for our stuff. BUT, if you find yourself needing a safe and reliable self storage unit at a reasonable price please don’t hesitate or call around for prices because Prime Storage in Signal Mountain is the place to go!
