NOT WORTH IT. Absurd prices. Predatory business practices. Pathetic customer service.In summary, scheduling an appointment means nothing because they don't look at your car at that time, they wait for days. When I declined the repairs with them due to their absurd prices (even for a dealership) they still charged me a $316 diagnostic fee. All throughout poor customer service from them.When my vehicle got a check engine light, I called the dealership to schedule an appointment to look at my vehicle. My appointment was scheduled for a week out. I was asked to drop the vehicle off at 8AM, which come to find out later, was unnecessarily specific since they didn't get to my car at all that day. My service advisor, Kelsey Duncan, texted me at 1pm to say that they still hadn't seen the vehicle. They did not end up looking at the vehicle until the next morning. Throughout this time, I kept trying to reach Kelsey by phone, but my calls would never go through, they would end up on some other service advisor's voicemail. No one ever cared to talk to me about the issues I was having with my vehicle. The diagnostic was completed without anyone ever consulting with me what I was experiencing.When I finally received the $1400 bill to replace a fuel injector, naturally, I had questions. I asked Kelsey if I could speak to the mechanic, because she didn't have the slightest idea of how to answer any of my questions. For how much they charge you would think they could afford higher levels of competence from their staff. I decided to get the bulk of the work elsewhere and asked if they could just do the fuel induction service and Kelsey agreed. Hours later I get a call from Trisha, the manager, saying that if I don't replace the fuel injector I would be charged $316 for the diagnostic fee. A fee which she said I agreed to when I dropped off my vehicle, which I don't recall ever agreeing to. Even if it was mentioned at the time of drop off, it means that they purposely avoid mentioning at the time of scheduling. This is how they try to hook you on getting the repair there. A very predatory business practice to follow.I declined all services. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I wanted to talk to Trisha in the hopes of negotiating diagnostic pricing down to something that was closer to fair market value, a futile effort, but I thought it was worth a shot. She refused to speak to me twice, stating to her assistant that we had spoke on the phone already, and when she finally agreed, she pettily made me wait while pretending to be busy. All the while I can see her doing nothing through her glass-walled office, and then leaving her office to go to the bathroom. Obviously, just trying to prove the point that she didn't want to talk and irking me in the process. She finally, loathingly waves me into her office and I ask questions to try to understand why the price for a diagnostic fee is so high. She says "this is a dealership, prices are high" She couldn't even validate the reason their prices are high and what value they provide. When I asked if we could work out a lower price Trisha kept comparing her business, to, I kid you not, WALMART! She said "When you go to Walmart you don't expect to negotiate prices." I don't frequent Walmart but if it is Trisha's guiding principle to run a business, then I'll continue to avoid it.I paid the full price and left. Although I did not think it was fair, it was also not worth prolonging this dispute any further. I vow to avoid this dealership now at all costs and warn anyone I can about their poor services and unfair prices.To Ken Nichols, who seems committed to answer all the negative reviews on here. Spare me the canned response, I don't need it. Do this instead: Consider reviewing your prices to match a fair market value. Hire customer facing staff that can explain what's on a service ticket or let your mechanics do the talking. Replace Trisha with someone with higher standards than Walmart. If I'm going to

Josh Blackburn served us well. After our initial "interview," in which we communicated what we were looking for (replacing/trading our 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel which had served us quite well for 22 years since we bought it brand new), he put us in several similar new vehicles. Josh was not pushy, and he asked good questions as we were "trying on" the various test trucks. We went to other dealerships where we test drove Ford, GMC, and Ram, and we decided we liked the ride of the Ram best for our purposes. So we returned to Josh at Crown Chattanooga The trim package of Chattanooga Crown's inventory didn't suit us. Josh worked to obtain from Crown Cleveland a more promising vehicle, and we ultimately settled upon it. Josh shuttled our offer between us and the manager until we came to terms. We believe we were able to negotiate an acceptable deal, and we look forward to enjoying our new vehicle, a 2023 Ram 2500 diesel with a Tradesman trim package. So I ended up with a big wood screw in my tire while driving on the long under construction highway through Chattanooga so I had to get a new tire for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I found this Jeep Dealership and thought I would be able to use Mopar coupons and deals however that was not the case here unfortunately. I got an entire set of new tires but then I wasn't able to use my MOPAR buy 3 get 1 free coupon for "reasons" so I was rather unhappy with that. Overall Jeep service continues to disappoint and while I have enjoyed many years with my Jeep Grand Cherokees their ongoing degrading service at dealerships will likely lead me to going with Toyota for future purchases as there is just no comparison between the massively upgraded experience and quality of service you get at all Japanese brand locations which leaves brands like Jeep far behind.

Employees did great job on my Promaster van. My complaint is that they play dumb when you ask for pricing ahead of service. After service, their price was more than double what I paid for the same service at Dayton Andrews RAM in Pinelleas Park FL.

Stopped in to just see what they had close to closing time .Was greeted by Christopher Schrader , he asked me what I was looking for. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and took time to tell me about the truck .Went back next day for a test drive . He explained all the new technologies on the truck , Christopher knows his stuff.He is super friendly , knowledgeable, and very personable. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.He made my truck buying experience very easy, with no stress to it .

Mark and Dave in service really helped me out of a jam with my Grand Wagoneer. I had a lost lug nut key and tires that needed to be replaced. In truth it was not their problem but they took it upon themselves to solve it so I could be on my way the same day!

Josh Blackburn made my recent purchase of a new Ram one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I experienced. I visited Monday with my eye on the truck I wanted, but at another dealership the next state over. I had the truck sitting in my driveway Tuesday afternoon. Very professional, excellent communication, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact truck I wanted as quickly as possible. 10/10 would definitely buy here again!

The whole company is great they will take care of you. I've bought several cars and trucks from them so far and the experience is wonderful. One of the trucks we bought was used and it had computer chip issues a few months in. No questions asked they are fixing it and helped me borrow to avoid having to pay for a rental. When things go perfect its always easy to like a company. When things don't go perfect and they respond perfectly is when you grow to love a company. You can't choose a better place and if you go there ask for Trevor he's the best (probably..... I haven't had to work with anyone else)

Second jeep purchased from Crown. The most recent was a great experience. Manny knew his stuff and advised me well and I would certainly return to him for the next jeep. I plan to purchase another vehicle from them for my wife in the months ahead.

I haven't been to this dealership in a few years but I remembered how laid back and helpful the employees were on my last Jeep purchase/trade in. Sam was able to look up my records and help me convince my partner that Jeeps are the way to go with a few test drives! I just love how Mr. Cruz genuinely wanted to help me find the right Jeep, and even convinced me that the Jeep Titan was a fantastic choice to consider (formally I called them Jucks!) These are definitely the team you want to assist you in finding the right vehicle!

Phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. We drove THREE hours to buy this car from this specific dealership based on their rep and working with us on the price. I honestly tried 8-10 other dealerships out to five hours away to buy this specific car - cash BUT kept getting the run around. NOT Crown. Total professionals and serious about selling.
