Jacob Fish and the team at Crown Jeep put our needs first and listened to what we were searching for. Although they didn’t immediately have what we were looking. For on the lot, they continued the hunt until they found a vehicle that fit our parameters. The whole process was very smooth and simple. I would highly recommend purchasing through this team!

Typical car dealership scammery - they tried to add extra services I never asked for, pretended their system didn't show the oil change package I bought (even though they confirmed that they saw it when I scheduled the day before), and tried to charge me $110 for the oil change.
The staff were nice, but Jeep pays them to scam people so that's what you should expect, just like at basically any other car dealership, Jeep or otherwise.

Allen and I are looking to purchase an SUV and we are looking at several different ones. A few weeks ago, we stopped in at Crown Dodge to look at a Dodge Durango. Gabe Jones came out and introduced himself. Even though, we didn't buy it, he was very helpful in what we needed to do. If we do decided on a Durango, we will go back to see him. Thank you Gabe for being so kind and patient with us.

This place is amazing and very professional. The service area was very kind and helpful, as were the salesmen that helped me buy my new car, Bryan Glasscock and Jacob Fish. I was able to find and buy a new vehicle in a very quick yet efficient manner thanks to these two! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car. They have a huge assortment of different vehicles and were able to answer any questions or concerns I had. I’m very grateful for my experience.

A waste of time. They low ball you on trade(Jeep Renegade). After working for Jeep for 10 years, you'd think they would at least give black book. 33% under Carvana pricing(sold). What a joke! If they ever say that they match pricing, just laugh at them. My 10th Jeep and last.
