They will steal your money and be a holes! I told them I wanted to pay $70.00 on my phone bill; instead of applying the money to my phone bill that I asked they took $5.00 for customer assistance fee; without telling me they paid $65.00 on my bill instead of the $70. Resulting in my phones being shut off! They never told me I was being charged a $5.00 fee! And refused to fix it! Eventually a little while later customer service eventually fixed the situation! Thanks to Supervisor Bella on the 611 cricket line ! But it took me 4 representative’s just to get those results! I came in to pay the full balance and they played me and left my account $5.00 short; resulting in it being cut off! But thank God the alpha and omega be right where you need him
