“I just want to commend Nicole S.at the Hixson Pike location. My husband and I came in to make a 1st payment on our car loan. We were being serviced by a different teller that was having some difficulty understanding our needs at the time. Nicole stepped up and took over our transaction. She was very informative and knowledgeable about services and products. We had some uncertainty at first but Nicole made us comfortable and secure in our decisions. We even opened a joint checking account which was not in our original plans.
