“I am an avid Old Navy shopper and today I had the BEST experience at my favorite store. I am a huge clearance shopper and I showed up to the fitting rooms with 50+ clearance items to try on. Wonderful Sandy was so kind and helpful and would come check on me ever few minutes to get the items I didn’t want to make it easier. Then the manager Macie came up to me and told me Sandy said she had a wonderful customer experience with me after I had felt like such a burden for trying on so many clothes. She was also so so helpful. Wonderful wonderful staff.”

“Toooooo the salon!!!!! This mama was so overwhelmed with the hair. Start to end started out with 3 people on her head then two ladies tag-teamed the mission. They came up with a plan and got started. Thank God for them. Ms.Stephanie & Ms.KeKe, thank you both for taking the time to help me with my baby hair. No matter what clients were in line you all made sure that my daughter was just as important from start to finish. I didn't feel like I was being put off on you while I was dealing with you two. Thank you for attempting the tasking and coming thru. But the first stylist we booked was so overwhelmed and didn't even bother to try and learn. It like oh yall doing this ok next client. He needs to calm down it will be ok. And also it is sooooooo inappropriate for him to be walking around showing his thong. Get a smaller thong or high waisted pants. My daughter and I cracked up about it but still. Anyhow. Shouts out to Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Keke I thank you all soo much. I shall return but after calling instead of booking online.. “I was in the store on 5/10/24 and observed a black woman yelling and being very belligerent. I believe her name was hope ?She got escorted out thankfully. I continued my shopping and Seth and his team were very polite and respectful. Also I was with a black person and they treated her the same as me. I love coming here for my nieces clothing from winter to summer I love what they have to offer! I will be back soon!”
“All the clothes I have bought have been cute, every thing is lightly used, minus some shoes that I find, but if you look hard enough, you can find some really cute outfits and clothing. The high chairs and swings are a bit pricy especially since they are used, but I have found plenty of cute clothes, shoes, and even a diaper bag that was 15 dollars that is originally $50 online, and is one I have been looking for for ages.”
