Recently moved our two-year-old daughter to this daycare and we are completely blown away with how Friendly, compassionate, and overwhelming welcoming this daycare has been to us . We feel that this change has been for the better . In one month we have noticed her go from not wanting to go to daycare and coming home with a very sour attitude . to her excited to see her teacher and director and coming home in a good mood and learning so much more . This daycare has been an absolutely wonderful experience.

My son, who is in the 2-year-olds class, is currently enrolled at the Gunbarrel location. It has been an amazing situation, especially with the new management who seem to have everything under control. My son’s teachers genuinely showed interest in him and also helped him potty train.When he enters the classroom, they make him feel like a superstar! I am grateful for the teachers and staff who look after my son.I would recommend this school to any of my peers!

HI, I BEEN AT THIS DAYCARE FOR YRS I HAVE A DAUGHTER SHE IS 4YRS OLD AND MY SON IS 2YRS OLD BOTH OF MY KIDS HAVE STARTED DAYCARE AT 3 MONTHS OLD. I BEEN THROUGH IT ALL I SEEN SEVERAL DIRECTORS COME THROUGH GUNBARREL LOCATION SOME REALLY DID NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT ALL NOW SHORT STAFF IT IS HAPPENING EVERYWHERE THIS DAY'S YES IN THE PAST GUNBARREL DAYCARE DID HAD ISSUE WITH SHORT STAFF BUT I KNOW I NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE WHEN KRYSTAL WYATT STARTED AS A DIRECTOR KIDS LOVE HER SO MUCH SHE HAS A WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE PARENTS SHE IS NOT RUDE OR MEAN SHE IS VERY RESPECTFUL AND SHE HELPS ANYWAY IN THE CLASSROOMS WHEN THE TEACHERS NEED THE HELP. SHE MADE A HUGE DIFFERNCE MY DAUGHTER ALWAYS ASK WHERE'S KRYSTAL IN MORNINGS AND AFTERNOONS. ONE THING KYRSTAL DID NOT LIKE WAS TO TURN KIDS AWAY SHE WILL DO HER ABSOLUTE BEST TO NOT TURN KIDS AWAY IF IS IN HER POWER. LATELY EMILY NASCA WHO SUDDENLY JUST TOOK OVER KRYSTAL SPOT TEMPORARILY WITH OUT ANY EXPLANATION TRYING TO CHANGE STUFF WHITHIN THE DAYCARE NOT KNOWING THAT ALL THIS STUFF SHE TRYING TO CHANGE NOT GOING TO HAPPEN SHE IS RUDE, MEAN, UNPROFESSIONAL, UGLY CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKING PARENTS WAIT OUTSIDE WITH SMALL KIDS WHEN ITS COLD THIS TYPE OF DIRECTOR MAKES ME WANT TO PULL MY KIDS OUT OF THIS DAYCARE. I CAN'T TOLERATE SOMEONE LIKE EMILY PUSHING PARENTS EVEN TEACHERS TO DO CERTAIN THINGS THAT ARE UNNECCESARY. SPECIALLY HER IDEA TO CHARGE PARENTS ADDITIONAL 20 BUCKS EVERYTIME PARENTS DID NOT PAY BY TUES. SHE DONT KNOW SOME PARENTS GET PAID BIWEEKLY ON A FRIDAY OR OTHER TWICE A MONTH CHARGING PARENTS ADDITIONAL 20 BUCKS DONT HELP AT ALL NOT KNOWING SOME PARENTS STRUGGLES BUT STILL FINE A WAY TO PAY THE BILL. MY RATE IS 5 STARS WHEN KRYSTAL WYATT WAS THE DIRECTOR BUT NOW WITH EMILY ITS A 2 STARS SADLY.

I have every regret of choosing this daycare. There has been an incredible amount of turnover and I cannot keep up with any of the teacher's names other than 2 since they seem to be new every day. In addition, they have had several times over the past 2 years where they are short staffed and go to a first come first serve basis and will turn your child away once they meet capacity. I have had my older child at 2 other daycares before this one and never had this issue despite him being at those locations for over 1 year each. They do give a credit when they can't keep my kids, but I do not get my PTO back or my day's lost wages. Not to mention the 40 min drive there and back. This place is terrible. Please do not bring your child here. It is the most disorganized and they rely very heavily on tablets to keep the kids happy no matter their age. To be clear, the teachers have been very nice and there are a couple who have been there for a long time and are very good at what they do, but there is something inherently wrong in how this place is run to have had as many problems as they do. If I could find better childcare by tomorrow, they would have their notice today.

My daughter went here for THREE days. And she got completely traumatized in those 3 days. She used to spend the night every weekend with her grandmother, now she won’t leave my side and is afraid everyone but me (mom) is going to be mean to her. She used to not wanna come HOME from her nana’s house. I will never put my children in daycare again because of the experience we had with this place. When I contact them, I ask to message through email so I will have full documentation of everything said, and they refuse to do so. They call me when I don’t want to communicate that way. I want documentation. My child is was only 3 when she went here, she just now turned four. I believe she attended this daycare in August. So the three days she attended here in August was enough for her to be traumatized for months now. She claims that a teacher yelled at her to “lay down” when it wasn’t nap time, she won’t tell me anything else that happened, she shuts down and tells me to stop. She literally won’t speak about anything else that happened that last day. To everyone that has had a good experience placing your child here, I’m glad. But the 2 teachers in the older 3 year old class that were there that day that I had never met, traumatized my child. I assume your children aren’t in that class.

My son attended this daycare years ago so when looking for a daycare for my daughter this was my first choice. She absolutely loves it! She wakes up in the morning asking for her teacher. She has learned so much from them and it really helps this single mom out of everyday life! Thank you guys

My child is in the infant class at the gunbarrel location she has been with them since she was 6 weeks old and I can say I love her teachers they have worked with her and her mile stone just as I would. I also love that they keep me imformed on their daily routines. The directors are also great when it comes to informing me on things and upcoming events

Our son has been going to the childcare network center on Gunbarrel Road since he was 3 months old. He's about to turn 3, and it's been a joy watching him grow up there and the care, kindness, and direction given to him. The staff treats him as one of their own and genuinely cares about him and us.

They are amazing here. My son loves his teacher. The ministration is amazing. And Miss Michelle at the front desk you couldn’t ask for any better.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!! At first did not want to put my daughter in daycare when I had to go back to work as a first time mom I had a lot of anxiety and trust issues with who took care of my daughter, but the staff here has been nothing but amazing. She has been with them since she was 3 months and is about to be 2 years old in a few months, she loves them and is always excited when she goes to her class. They truly have give my anxiety peace knowing that my daughter under AMAZING care. In these times during the pandemic they really have gone above and beyond and words cannot express how grateful I am for them!

My son has been going to this daycare for a couple of months now. As a first time mom and our first experience with having to send him to daycare, I was pretty apprehensive. The staff has been amazing through this whole process for my family. Ms. Michelle is always happy and smiling and greets us every morning at drop off and calls me with any questions or concerns about my son. Ms. Katy has also been a blessing. They both relieve my worry because I trust them to keep me informed with my sons daily needs and they put my sons safety as top priority. Ms. Angel is my sons teacher a majority of the time although we have had others help out. Ms. Angel is a sweetheart and I enjoy how much fun my son has during his day at daycare. The other teachers that have assisted in my sons care have also been amazing. I would highly recommend this childcare facility to any parent that is looking for a wonderful place to care for their kids without having to deal with constant worry!
