Stopped in for some souvenirs before my flight back home. Got home an realized the sizes on the hangers are not the sizes of the actual shirts,sweatshirts. Wasn't just me my buddy got wrong sizes too. Double check sizes before buying

Decent souvenir place, seems to be very heavily weighted toward shirts, and is missing souvenirs from key places like aquarium and rock city.

Seems to not care about larger people as there was virtually nothing for XXL. Given the size of many Americans, this is odd!! Disappointing.

The selection inside is pretty cheap and generic but there is a wide variety and I did end up buying a sweatshirt here that I like, though I know it probably won't wear well. (I didn't want to spend a lot of money on one anyway.) It's a light yellow terrycloth/sweatery style and they had them in grey and green as well. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase but don't expect high-end goods here.

Chattanooga Souvenirs is conveniently located right downtown! They have a very wide variety of souvenirs, from the usual tee shirts, hats, stickers, and mugs, to more unusual things, like personalized utility knives, and some art work. As a nice bonus, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! There is also plenty of parking, although it’s not free. However, they do take the ParkMobile app, and 30 minutes of parking only cost me 85 cents

Owner has a dogs welcome sign at the door. My husband and I walked in with our dogs and the owner had a stupid yippy dog behind the counter and she let it run at our dogs. One of ours is friendly but the other gets freaked out by dogs running at it while barking. Thankfully my husband thought quickly and scooped him up(60 lbs and all!) She kept saying oh he's not aggressive he's just anxious. I have two very sweet pit bulls that would have automatically been blamed if that dog bit one of them. You might want to rethink your policy or tell your owners/employees to leave their aggressive ankle biters at home..
