Had the best experience. The most comfortable and elegant shoes arrived super fast and with lovely note. It is family owned business and their customer service is outstanding. They really value their customers.

I had a great online shopping experience! I found the shoes I had been looking for at a great price, and received them only 2 days after placing the order. The shoes were in perfect condition and came with a sweet handwritten note. Would definitely recommend!

Found a cute pair of shoes with a decent price. The young lady rang them up at a higher price. When I asked about the difference, I was told the sticker on the bottom of the shoe was wrong and must have been placed on the shoe by mistake. They would not honor that price. Needless to say, I did not buy the shoes. I won't be going back there.

The Chattanooga Shoe Company is the ONLY place I will buy shoes since I discovered them 9 years ago. The owners are an incredible family, the staff is phenomenal, and the shoes are worth every penny.

Online shopper here, I placed the order on a Friday night after falling in love with a pair, they were shipped immediately Saturday morning and I received them on a Tuesday afternoon, complete with a sweet thank you note from the store. So thank you Mary Grace for getting my new favorite shoes so fast to me!

I have been a customer of Chattanooga Shoe Company for nearly 10 years. And even though I don’t buy shoes often, the ones that I do buy are from Chattanooga Shoe Company. The quality is outstanding. The customer service is spot on. And to top it off, it is a family run business that continues to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I cannot recommend this business enough.

This is the only place that I will ever buy shoes. Charlie, Courtnay, and Amy are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They are very knowledgeable about the shoes they sell and for that reason I feel secure purchasing shoes from them. I have bought several pairs of shoes from them in the past and they have lasted me a very long time. I still to this day get compliments on my shoes. They are not only extremely comfortable, but they are CUTE!! I refuse to go anywhere else!

This is the only place I shop for shoes! The entire staff is amazing and always so helpful. Amy, Courtnay and Charlie do such a great job on picking the best and most comfortable styles for moms that just want to look cute and comfy to stylish shoes I can wear all day at work.

I just had the worst experience with this store. Yesterday I purchased two pairs of shoes for my sister and myself. After realizing mine were too small, I called the store to confirm that they had my size. The associate that I spoke with said they did and that she would put my name on them (she did mention that they usually don't do this but she would hold them for me which I thought was kind.) I drove 30 minutes on my lunch hour to the store to swap them out, and when I arrived they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about, and told me they never even had the shoes in my size at all. The girl then proceeded to tell me that the associate from the day before actually did not charge me enough for the shoes and that I needed to pay the difference. They said that they were trying to "track down my information" to call me. All for $15 that their associate didn't ring up correctly. So somehow, after wasting an hour of my time to drive down there, I came out owing them more money so needless to say I just returned the shoes. The employee was sure to let me know that "they could resell the shoes" and get their $15. So glad I didn't break the bank for them. haha

I’ve shopped here a number of times and have really appreciated their collection. It’s clear a ton of thought is put into which shoes they choose to carry, and the quality is there. A few of the pairs I bought here years ago are still my go-tos after so much use. Plus supporting local business is always the way to go.

this store has RUINED me - in the BEST way! I’ve gotten about 3 pairs of shoes from Chattanooga shoe, and have even brought my mom in when she visits me to get shoes. We also receive nothing less than royal treatment. I went in with only 15 minutes in my schedule and Mary Grace found me multiple options, pulled all those pairs in multiple sizes, and helped me decide when I was stuck between two styles. Courtnay and Charlie have also always been super helpful, welcoming and inviting when we visit! Amy helped my mom find a perfect pair of summer shoes, and my sweet mom still gushes about the experience. 1,000/10 stars! I can’t shop anywhere else.

Love the selection and the team at CSC! They’ve been in business so long that I don’t trust anyone else when it comes to shoes! My foot is small enough that I can wear both men’s and women’s shoes and they always have the best selection in town! Highly recommend
