I've been dealing with serious neck pain and spasms for 8 years and no one could put a name on my condition. It took over my life and limited me in many ways. More than one doctor told me I should just live with it. I was ready to give up when I found Dr. Shaw. He diagnosed me with cervical dystonia, and the staff got me scheduled for treatment immediately. I've never met a neurologist who listened to me and helped me so much. Getting a diagnosis and finding treatment is literally life-changing for me. The appointments fill up fast, but I can see why.

Tried to make an appointment after moving here (needed a new neurologist). They required a referral despite my insurance not requiring one. I had to find a normal doctor, make an appointment, then took 2 weeks to clear the referral, and found out they were booked out more then 6 months. Now I'm back at square one (and a month behind on normal preventative care). If your not already in there system, I suggest trying to find another option.

When you get somebody 2 stars. There's usually a reason behind that. And I don't really want to say. Because I don't wanna get myself in a lot Of trouble, I'm just saying 2 stars isn't good. Not at all.

They were nice and careful while explaining what the test is for and what the Dr is likely looking for.

The front desk was so helpful, I was very worried about my symptoms (cried in lobby lol) and one of the women here actually gave me a hug and called me days later to see if I was okay.I saw dr. Kraft and felt SO much better after my appointment. He took all my concerns seriously he did a very thorough exam and even went and got a tape measure as I was worried about atrophy in one leg. Anyways he was so knowledgeable, professional and kind.I had a LOT to unpack during this appointment as I’ve had a lot of concerning health issues lately and he really took the time to hear me out. I feel as though I’m in very good care here and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you dr. Kraft!

This is a very poorly ran office even with the new move to Dodds Ave.After my appointment time being rearranged to fit Dr Kraft schedule better so he could supposely pick his son up from school, moving my 3:45pm to 3:15pm I still was not seen by Dr Kraft until 3:35pm. That is after the office staff was very rude and nonunderstanding to my needs went I called a month before an appointment to reschedule due to work conflicts and they where unwilling to work with me and rescheduled me 3 months out.Tho while checking in the front desk was not very caring to the patient there where not clean pens all the pen where the the used cups and the front desk lady only asked if my insurance was the same and told me to look over my medicine list. My medicine list was completely wrong and diagnosis were wrong. Where the nurse called me back she took me to a room the barely had been clean the table was a mess and unorganized. She ruffly took my blood pressure and left as I sat in the room I could very loudly and clearly hear the nurse on a speaker phone talking to other patients about there personal information and mediations, as well as on the table where the nurse had not cleaned the room before each patients there was other patients medicine lists with personal information. When Dr Kraft did finally come to my exam room his lack of knowledge of knowing his patients showed. He only ask why I did not get one exam done that I was not comfortable with he rebutted with well if you get brain cancer is that just going to be the end of you. This is not how you make a patient comfortable with a test. Then Dr Kraft suggested that we try a new medication a medicine he had already started me last year and I have been taking for a year now. I questions his judgment if he can remember or look in the charts to see that. After telling Dr Kraft what pharmacy I wanted he still sent my refills to a different pharmacy. I called his "nurse" and was told I could have just called the pharmacy myself and told the pharmacy to transfer my medicine. This "Doctor" is very dangerous and need is license taken from him and this office needs shut down.Very rude, dangerous, HIPAA violations, and uncaring "Doctors" and staff.

Doctor Shaw is the best doctor I could ever ask for. He is kind thoughtful and very passionate about helping his patients get better. When you're in the room Going over what's going on with you. He never makes you feel rushed or unimportant. He answers each question Make sure you understand what hes talking to you about. He did not jump to a conclusion of what's going on with me. He researched it and run test. To ensure that I got the best treatment possible. I recommend him to anyone he is so amazing. I wish we had more doctors like him. Most doctors just want to throw medicine at you and See what works. Of course they want to follow up visit. This is not doctor Shaw he is nothing like that. I thank God that I have doctor Shaw.

Love the new office and thankful for front door parking now. Dr. Shaw, Dr. Wyatt, Dr. Kadrie, & Dr. Kraft are all excellent doctors. Dr. Shaw has been treating my migraines for about a year. Through a few different routes we figured out the best options for me. I went from 20+ migraines a month to less than 5. The whole staff has been excellent in working with me as I maneuver this process. I travel from Birmingham to my appointments because I do not want to see another doctor. The wait times have been really fair and the new location is much better.

Your NP is a bully and thinks he is a bouncer. Physically confronting patients trying to intimidate them and verbally abusing them. All over a billing error that your office made!! This is an embarrassing excuse of a medical practice and everyone involved should be brought before the medical board!!
