Needed some printer ink on short notice and I’m glad I discovered this place. Jon is a really helpful and knowledgeable guy and prices his products very competitively with big box stores/Amazon. I’ll be using Chattanooga Ink & Toner from now on!

I’m from out of town and needed supplies. John was amazingly helpful- had exactly what I needed and since I was located on his way to another errand- he dropped off my purchase! You just do not find customer service like that- he cares about his customers!!

Jon and his staff are amazing! We always get a speedy delivery - even same day! And Melody with her printer servicing....why go anywhere else! She came and delivered ink and serviced our front office machine and it prints like new! We couldn't be happier:) Always accommodating and.... #localbusiness. Thank you Jon & Melody!

Jon was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to help as we had a bit of a drive to get into town. He was kind, considerate, and very communicative. Highly recommend this local business. It was our first experience but I definitely intend on returning for our printer needs.

We use Jon personally for all of our printer needs. He hand delivers our ink to us in a very quick time frame. If I am having a issue he tries to get onsite to help resolve within 24 hours of contact. I am extremely happy to be a customer of Chattanooga Ink and Toner. Jon will always steer you you in the right direction and does not try to upcharge for personal gain. Very honest man. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed!

Chattanooga Ink and Toner saved my marriage!Well. That me a little far, but they definitely got me out of the doghouse. I forgot to reorder ink from a certain "instant ink" racket and my wife needed to print A LOT of stuff for her Mom's surprise murder mystery birthday party tonight. This printer uses a weird toner cartridge not really found in the states, PLUS that certain hp instant-racket basically disables your printer if you don't use their stuff. I called and the owner Jon said to bring it up and let them look at it. He and the super nice girl there (I rudely didn't catch her name) worked on this thing for over an hour. Trying out different ink and printheads. They ended up being able to expertly fill the cartridges that were in it. Tested it on-site and IT WORKED! I ran (or drove) home and set it all back up and my wife was able to print a ridiculous amount of stuff over the next 4 hours. Very reasonably priced, ESPECIALLY considering the amount of work they put into that thing. They will be servicing all of my printer needs from here on out. Thank y'all for keeping me off the couch.
