Needed some printer ink on short notice and I’m glad I discovered this place. Jon is a really helpful and knowledgeable guy and prices his products very competitively with big box stores/Amazon. I’ll be using Chattanooga Ink & Toner from now on!

I’m from out of town and needed supplies. John was amazingly helpful- had exactly what I needed and since I was located on his way to another errand- he dropped off my purchase! You just do not find customer service like that- he cares about his customers!!

Jon and his staff are amazing! We always get a speedy delivery - even same day! And Melody with her printer servicing....why go anywhere else! Jon was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to help as we had a bit of a drive to get into town. He was kind, considerate, and very communicative. Highly recommend this local business. It was our first experience but I definitely intend on returning for our printer needs.
