Kelly has been cutting my hair since I was 17, I am 23 now and refuse to go anywhere else. that should tell you all you need to know about her!! This place also makes you feel at home and they make the whole process entertaining and positive.

Joani has terrible customer service and a bad temper. I've been going to her over a year and many times she would talk to customers and leave me waiting on her, even though she knew I was on my lunch hour. I had an appoinment and was on time. When I arrived I saw she had someone in her chair just starting highlights. I sat there for 15 minutes and her helper told me to come back to a chair. I asked her was she going to put the color on. She was a sweet lady and told me the woman getting the highlights came in early, right before me. I was livid and said that Joani should have made her wait and I was not happy. Joani came across the room with the finger pointing at me and said enough, in a loud voice.The helper had just starting putting color on my hair. Joani told her to wash my hair. I asked her to let her finish the color that my hair looked awful.Joani refused. BAD TEMPER/ BAD CUSTOMER

I went in for a trim while in town visiting my family for the holidays. I was in a crummy mood, and then I met Kelly. Not only did she dry cut my hair and make it look like something on par with silk and gold, she lifted my spirits and made me feel like we've known each other for ages. The salon was clean and welcoming, the staff was talented and kind, and everyone should consider visiting for a style and heartfelt conversation. ♥️

My stylist tried to really listen to my goals and the hairstyle I was striving for. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the latest hair cutting techniques. The place was clean and had a great atmosphere. There is easy, free parking. I would highly recommend this place.

Kelly is the best! She asks the right questions, listens and gives great advice. She did an amazing job cutting my hair today and even took the time to show me the best way to treat and style my hair based upon the issues I am having with it. Loved my first experience at CHS! I was recommended to Kristin by a friend nearly a year ago and am so glad I listened - I had to follow her to her new spot. Highly recommend Chattanooga Hair Station! This is one of the most and luxurious hairstyling experiences I’ve ever received. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is beautiful, the staff are all sweeter than pecan pie, the service is above and beyond. They were even gracious enough to accommodate me that day on such short notice. Kelly would be my normal hairdresser if I wasn’t here visiting for business. So if you are in the Chattanooga area, and you need to look your best, I would look to no one else.Service: Hairstyling
