We chose Chattanooga Granite & Marble for all of our countertops when building our home. They had options that we loved in a price that we could afford. But what really sold us was the genuine kindness, work ethic and attentiveness to our needs that Cheryl demonstrated when working with us.
She walked around their yard with us more than once and tirelessly searched in the heat of summer until we found the stones that we loved. They had a great selection of remnants to choose from. Cheryl was kind, personable, professional and worked very hard to locate beautiful options within our budget. Karla, the owner, was willing to price a remnant within our price range. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the different types of stone and how to care for them.
We did have some hiccups when it came to measurements with the kitchen and quality control of one vanity countertop. Cheryl was quick to respond and work to resolve the issues. She involved Karla as well and they came out to inspect it in person, which we really appreciated. Through compromise on both sides, we reached a solution. The countertops look amazing and I have received several compliments on them already.
Bottom line was that though everything didn't go as planned, they were willing to work hard for our business, creatively problem-solve and show kindness and care in the way that they handled it. You can tell that relationship is valued. Most of those that we dealt with were very personable and were working hard to do their jobs and please their customer.

We had some damage done to our mens locker room counter top and Mandy was so knowledgeable about exactly what we needed to replace the old counter top! And it was so affordable! Highly recommend!!!

I have been working with Dawn at Chattanooga Granite and Marble on several projects for roughly a year. Not only do they have beautiful stones, but Dawn has been very helpful and patient with additions and changes. They have also been very responsive to measuring and installing as soon as the other trades are ready for them. I would definitely use them again.

The entire process of working with the staff at Chattanooga Granite was a pleasure. From our first visit to the yard, we were met with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They toured us through the yard, answered all of our questions until we were able to make our selections. The technicians were all highly trained and were able to complete the template measuring through custom fit into our kitchen with impressive thoroughness. The entire process took place much quicker and completed much sooner than we ever thought possible. The outcome was beautiful. We would highly recommend Chattanooga Granite and Marble. They all took wonderful care of us.

After shopping around and comparing 5 companies we chose Chattanooga Granite and Marble. Their prices are very competitive. Kelley is experienced in kitchen design and helped us pick the cabinet and granite color as well as the hardware. Our kitchen looks amazing! Daniel did a spectacular job on the installation as well!

Karla, "the owner" is the best. She took a bad situation for me and fixed it, when she didn't have to. She totally went out of her way to make things right that someone else had messed up. I highly recommend this company to handle all your countertop needs.

I want to share my experience with Chattanooga Granite and Marble. I started working with Lily for a new countertop for my master bath and she helped me every step of the way to achieve what I wanted. When Ricky came out to measure, he was so precise in his measurements and creating a template, I was amazed at the detail. I have also worked with Justin during this makeover, and he too has been amazing. I can't say enough about the customer care I have gotten with Chattanooga Granite and Marble. Chattanooga Granite was absolutely the right choice. Our countertops turned out so wonderful and the install team was very efficient, personable, and did quality work. The most impressive aspect for me was the the patience they showed us. Kelley helped me choose a new granite for kitchen island. I got the measurement quickly and installation in one week. The employees doing the measuring were very helpful and professional.
