I've done multiple FFL transfers through Kyle. He responds quickly to emails and let's you know when your items come in as soon as he gets them. Kyle and his wife are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend his FFL services! It's just unfortunate I lost all of said items in a boating accident.

My husband and I were looking for barstools for our new house. Being new to the Chattanooga area we were at a loss as to where to begin our search. We found Chattanooga Bar Stools & More on-line and after checking out some other sources we made our way to the store. We were treated like family, given some excellent advice and placed an order for four high quality stools. Donna kept me updated on the progress of our delivery (given the world-wide transport mess) and even LOANED me two stools while we waited. A month later we decided to order four more of the same stools in a different fabric for another residence. Donna let me know when the stools arrived and Kyle helped us load them. We got top-notch service from start to finish and are really enjoying our quality bar stools. You could buy stools for less but you couldn't get personal service, selection and product like this at many other locations!
