Set up the visit for neuter, chip, and de-worming a month ahead of time arrived early checked in. They called me while I was waiting in the parking lot to ask about my cats health. After telling them that he recently had loose stools bc a new wet food had too high of a fat content they said they couldn't see my cat. I understand not wanting to take any unnecessary risks but it seems unprofessional to not call or email a day ahead of time. I could have taken him to a vet that morning instead of wasting my time sitting in their parking lot.

This place was fantastic/out of this world/amazing/terrific! I don’t write a ton of reviews but the staff was so friendly, the process was so easy, and everything was successful so I felt like I had to share. I have never experienced a spay or neuter before since my other two dogs were adopted after the procedure had taken place. I will 100000% be back for any future pets and I hope the staff knows how much they are appreciated. I was informed every step of the way and my dog is healing up well with no pain or discomfort!

I had a great experience with my cat getting spayed here! Very straightforward/easy process and the staff was helpful and kind. I like that they call you to follow up the day after the surgery, it feels like they actually care

I absolutely love this place. The ladies here are amazing. They have taken such good care of both my cats that they have fixed and go over and beyond while they are in their care!! Highly recommend and so affordable

Sitting in your vehicle for 40mins waiting on them to call you for your Animals is ridiculous. You might as well stay for the surgery considering the tim3 it takes for 3 ppl to pull it together to get the Animals in there at a decent time. Next time it would be worth it just to pay reg vet bill considering the time it takes for these ppl to get the Animals in at the time they ask you to be there.

Heard many good things about them beforehand, but had a very bad experience. My puppy got spayed and ended up with an extreme infection very soon after that required intervention from an emergency vet and heavy antibiotics. Her incision was also crooked and not done well. Great value but seems to not be what they portray. Will do a true vet spay next time.

Took my cat Lucky there a few weeks ago for his neuter,process went smoothly. The staff seemed so respectful and courteous. I have another baby kitten that needs to be neutered and I will definitely be returning here.

Went to the low cost vaccine clinic and there was a huge line, no staff outside to direct people and when staff showed up no one asked to help anyone standing there waiting to be seen. Ridiculous when this event was advertised for weeks to the community. So upset I drove with my animals and couldn’t even be seen.

AMAZING experience! Trish at the front desk was so sweet and went over everything with me in detail. My 70lb pitbull healed beautifully and he is more cuddly than ever. Thank you SO much for taking great care of my baby. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great care at a great price.

Had my cat and puppy spayed and neutered here several years apart and have nothing but good things to say. Staff was kind, online scheduling/payment was seamless and drop-off/pickup was straight froward and easy. I saved hundred of dollars using them and I'm so happy they offer these low-cost services to help keep the pet population low and save lives.

I made an online appt for our yorkiepoo to be neutered and a rabies shot. A Staff member called me later that day to confirm the appt and let me know this breed of dog sometimes has elevated liver enzymes and would I be ok if they did a blood test before the procedure. I replied sure no problem. Nothing else was said other than the staff member stated that I would be receiving consent forms to fill out, and that I would receive a reminder email closer to the appointment date. We arrive on our designated appointment date at 7 am. We leave and I receive a phone call around 10 o’clock. Stating that our dog has elevated labs and they would not be able to perform the procedure. She said I would have to take the dog to a regular veterinarian for further testing and they would have to do the neuter at my regular vet office.I was a little confused when I hung up because I was unaware that the procedure would not be performed due to results, I just assumed they make take different measures or precautions. I had no idea, and nothing was explained, because confirming the appointment the lady never mentioned anything about results from these tests possibly resulting in no procedure. I called back to ask about a refund because you pay in advance for the procedure when you book the appointment but because the procedure was not performed, I asked about the refund and I was told that I would not be receiving a refund because that was applied to the blood test. again I was never told that there would be a charge for that blood test and what that charge would be. I was only asked did I consent to having a blood test done. It would have been nice and professional to have been told in the beginning when the appointment was made that blood test are this amount, and if the results come back too high or too low levels, the procedure may or may not be performed, but you still would be responsible for paying for a blood test. I was never told any of this. I had no idea that this test would determine whether the procedure would be done or not. I thought maybe they took different protocol options based on the results. I also opted to have a rabies shot at this appointment. I called back a third time and asked about the rabies shot. Did he have that done. The lady proceeded to tell me no once they got the lab results back they did not do anything. Again, I was not told in the beginning that nothing would be done no vaccines or anything would be done on this visit and I would be charged regardless if anything was done or not. I believe the lady in the office was irritated with me for expressing my concern, how crucial communication was in the beginning when appointments were made, and they needed to make sure people in the future knew all the details when making appointments. She sent me to the office manager who repeated the same things she told me and that actually blood tests were $75 and I paid $70 for neuter so they just forgave the $5 , wow how nice. Like that was supposed to correct their poor business habits. I wish the next person a better experience and asks TONS of questions and make sure you know upfront what you will be charged for and what circumstances could happen. It will be your responsibility to ask the questions because I can promise you they will not volunteer to give you the pertinent information you need voluntarily.

We took our toy poodle here today for her yearly vaccines. I was worried since some of the reviews sad the staff was rude. Everyone was so nice. It was raining and I had a baby with me so they noticed and even brought her back to the car and loaded her for me and came and got her so I wouldn’t have to get my baby out in the rain. I do recommend getting there a little before the clinic starts because many people take advantage of the discounted prices. It’s a very good deal. We saved over $65 compared to what our vet wanted to charge us for the same thing. We plan on taking her here to have her spay done too. Very happy.

This place is awesome, took my 3rd rescue cat here. Last one turns out, was already neutered, but got microchip, shots taken care of. Easy Drop off and pick up. Best price too.

Do not call or waste your money. The worst customer service ever. I had to reschedule my appointment because my daughter was sick. When I rescheduled they were asking me for another $60 deposit. Who does that? Calling my credit card company and disputing this TODAY. The lady who answered the phone was RUDE and Terrible customer service. I'm happy we did not make it to the apt. I'll find a better company.
