This business is a rip off. I would never use them. They want to go directly to your insurance because they use your insurance estimate to determine what they will charge. The receptionist is a snot so I can only imagine the snotty work they do. Good luck if you choose them.

My front bumper had popped out. A few other places tried and failed to get it back into place, but the gentleman who helped me here was able to do it in no time at all. Very kind and helpful employees. Fair pricing. For now it was just a quick fix but when I need to have it repainted and properly fixed I will definitely be using this business.

The paint of my car faded so I decided to visit this auto body shop to get my car re-painted. The guys did a great job - they made sure my concept came true. Honestly, best experience with an Auto Shop in Chattanooga! I don’t normally take the time to write a review, but I had such a good experience with them, I felt the need to. They were timely, efficient, easy to communicate with, friendly, and made sure my car came back looking good as new. They even cleaned up my floor rugs before sending the car back with me to make sure no mess was left. Gotta say, I’ll definitely use them again, if needed!Service: Body & Trim
