I have used this florist twice. First time, was very pleased with the arrangement they put together. Second time, showed them picture from their website for a funeral and the delivered arrangement was half the size and roses looked like they were the leftovers.

This was my first time ordering flowers for delivery and the process was super easy and seamless, and I was able to get same day delivery. The bouquet is BEAUTIFUL and my mom loved it so much she cried! Can’t thank you guys enough for helping me make my mom’s day. Chantilly will be the first place I go to for flower deliveries!

Got flowers sent to my sister for being my support during my cancer treatment. I told what I wanted and they delivered beyond my expectations. My sister was so surprised and loved them. A typo was on the card and they called the delivery driver back and fixed it. So didn't need to call the driver back but this is the top notch customer service they have. Wish I could give more than 5*s.

I've received two beautiful arrangements from Chantilly lace. Really beautiful. Sadly, the flowers do start to wilt much quicker than other florists I've worked with.The most recent one was completely wilted within 5 days. On the 3rd day I had changed the water since I noticed many of the flowers were losing petals, but it didn't do anything.They are beautiful arrangements, but they simply wilt so rapidly.I also stupidly didn't notice the vase was hand wash only and the color was stripped entirely the first time I put it in the dishwasher, but that's my fault. Just something to note for anyone ordering a colorful vase.
