I have been a customer of this pawnshop for over 10 years, I recently purchased a push mower at the brainerd location. It cranked up at the shop, then I left to go use the mower and it has never worked since. I hope the small profit they made off of ripping me off is worth losing a long time customer. I will never return to this shop.

Awful experience. I was selling an IPhone on the property was going to sell for cash and gold chain, so they could make sure it’s real & for safety. They refused my service and told us to leave the property & would not check the the chain

Brought laptap 2 days ago with a 30 day protection . Got home ,the mouse controller it would not calabrate . I reset it , and did trouble shoot . To no prevail , so i took back to exchange for another, I was given a refund ,and I asked, do I have to buy another 30 protection, since ,I have already paid for one ,with this laptop. I was told that ,if I brought another one there, that ,I would have to purchase more protection, and that ,I wouldnt be able to get my taxes back from my first purchase. So , they kept my taxes , in which was owed to me. I lost money with this place at no fault of my own. I left and went to bestbuy . My advice to you is, dont buy electronics from this place they are a poor choice.. it wouldnt surprise me if , they just resell ,items that they know are no good , just to keep your sales tax. And cost of protection. Go to best buy , they have new cheap laptops with a year auto protection .......

WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THEM AT ALL! THEY ARE RUDE AS HELL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS WHEN WE ARE THE ONES KEEPING THEM IN BUSINESS! ATTITUDE STINKS! THEY DONT WANT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER PHONE OR ANYTHING! IM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE SO AS I GET MY GUN OUT OF LAY A WAY! DONT NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS! RUN FAR AWAY TO ANOTHER PAWN SHOP!!!!!!

Honestly.. just a horrible experience. The lady that works there isn't really knowledgeable about certain products. Also she just has a rude attitude. The 3.1 star rating is too high. But it's a pawn shop
