What a joke this place is. They've been randomly texting me for over 2 weeks now and switching sales people on me, but after 2 weeks, I still can't get a quote. Don't waste your time with Camping World in Chattanooga.

Would like to thank Camping World ( Rick Guthrie, Jeff Owens, and Coty Brown) for the great job their Tex’s did. They changed all my radiator hoses, and serpentine belts along with installing a Max Air Fan. Good Job!

Matthew Ruckman was right sales people here only care about $$$$ I should have never signed those papers should’ve walked away but I did and now I can’t even enjoy my RV without thinking of my terrible experience I’ll be contacting corporate office soon

Went to camping world chattanooga today to look and possibly buy a used diesel rv. I was disgusted with what I saw. All the used rvs were filthy and smelled of either pet smell or cigar or cigarette orders. Chatt Camping World does NOT take pride in selling these used rvs.

All they sell is junk!!!!! We purchased a brand new 2024 Kodiak Dutchmen in June and it has been nothing but regret!!! Screws falling out of everything. Cabinet door has fallen off the wall. Shelves behind TV broke. Boards under bed broke. Water pump is broke after 1 use. Thomas Payne recliner opening cable snapped. The only adventure this thing gives us is guessing what will tear up next! Absolute Garbage

Our experience far exceeded our expectations at Camping World in Chattanooga, TN. Josh Holley took excellent care of us and found the perfect motorhome to fit our needs! He was amazing!!

Being a longtime customer of Camping World and buying RVs and a number of services from them I had one of the worst experiences at this location trying to. Uy an RV I’ve had anywhere in the United States of America at a Camping World. I alerted the customer service team also about this issue at their corporate office, and to my surprise the local manager called me back and shunned me from the store. I had a deal already signed with paperwork and they kept changing timeframes and items after al handshakes and agreements were signed. I would not recommend going here , shop around, maybe go to a different Camping World but this location has changed in the past couple of years and the attitude of the sales people that I worked with there are arrogant belittling with a strong lack if customer service.

If I could leave a 0 stars rating… I would. Our credit card was charged for $5,000, we left the business WITHOUT ANYTHING! We were quoted one price and then the financing paper work was totally different. SCAM ARTISTS!
Thank you for nothing but a decrease in my credit score, a call to my credit card company, and having to update all of my cc info on my accounts.
INTEGRITY… look it up.

Great Service with Coty Brown thanks you so much as you repaired the items another dealer claimed there was no issues. Very clear on the time needed to repair and kept me posted all the way. Highly recommend Camping World Chattanooga. Side bonus you can browse there hundred's of available new and pre owned RV's while your there they have everything from basic pop up trailers, Vans and massive Class A buses all open no pressure of a salesperson following you around. Thanks again much appreciated.

Carl Hames was my salesman . He provided great customer service , willingness to negotiate price to accommodate my budget. I was in and out in less than 3 hours from the time I pulled in til I drove off the lot. Direct and to the point, no nonsense approach to sales. Thanks again Carl!

A little pushy on selling before you leave. I also did not like how they take your license before you can enter to “check you in”. You cannot just go look yourself and must be shown around. The person showing you around is great but once you get ready to get back and head out the people in the glasses off desk area.. the finance people (like you see at a car dealer) come at you trying to convince you to buy or finance before you leave.. we were ready to go but got stuck an extra 10+ minutes with another person. It didn’t make the greatest experience tbh.. we typically like to go look around together by ourselves and then discuss amongst ourselves and then if we want to buy then we’ll do it but we didn’t like the shopping experience.. they have a bigger selection but we only seen a select few since we cannot just go look like at other rv sales places we went to before this place so was kinda disappointed..

The staff were very nice and welcoming; however, I wasn't very happy with the information I was given upfront about how consignment actually works with this particular dealership. If you do decide to consign an RV or camper with this dealership, make sure that you get all the details upfront about how it will work. I ended up paying for my grandfather's camper to be hauled an hour away just to find out that it was "inspected" and the value of sell was way less than what it would cost to fix it. The offer on the camper went down drastically, so we decided to have it shipped back only to find out that it hadn't even been fully inspected. I would encourage anyone who wants to consign their RV or camper to get it inspected before you take it out to this dealership to find out the real value of it and to get it fixed before taking it so that you don't end up spending so much time and money getting it there only to find out that they don't want to give you anything for it. Just be wise and do your research upfront.
