Bought a van a couple months ago, drove from out of state to get it. Seemed all good from the phone call. Brad also seemed alright and said everything was great with the van. Seemed OK on the short test drive, clean vehicle. I knew there wasn't a warranty but I asked If anything major happened soon if they would help out with the problem. (Hoping and not thinking there would be). The van was at a price point where everything on it should have been solid. Brad said if that does happen to give a call back and we might be able to help with something. On the 4 hr drive home I was hearing and feel not ordinary things. The check engine light came on when I got home as well. Drove it for 2000 miles and the transmission went out. The sound I was hearing when I was driving it home and the rest of the time I was driving it, was the planetary bearings and clutches going bad.The check engine light was a bad cam position sensor, distributor cap, plugs, wires, hoses on the water pump were not tight and it was leaking coolant. It had warped rotors, needed new pads and break hoses, because the breaks were sticking. When I called back, I kindly just asked about the transmission. Brad said why would they have to help with that. If they helped with that, then they would have to help with everything. Which I didn't mention anything else.Hard to believe they didn't know about any of these problems.Overall take an extra long test drive at this place. Don't believe to much of what they are saying. Just trying to get the vehicle out the door.

Wow. I have never bought from this place, but drove by and saw a vehicle I wanted to get info on, so I looked up their website and reviews. The fact that the owner of this place is so rude when replying to negative reviews completely turned me away from them. Talk about unprofessional to the max….

Warning; do not buy a vehicle from c & c & Brad. Buyers beware but if you have to buy then make sure you take it to a good mechanic for a diagnostic before purchasing & be sure to get a warranty because he's crooked as a dog's hind legs.

I bought a new to me truck from C&C. I have bought many vehicles over the years. Brad made this car purchase a breeze. He has been selling cars for 40+ years and it shows in his knowledge. I absolutely recommend buying a car or truck from this small family owned dealership! Thanks Brad!

Edit: Go to University Motors and ask for Mike. He will take care of you. 500+ reviews and reliable used cars.I have worked with various car dealerships, including Mercedes, Toyota, and little mom and pop dealerships. There is only one word, to describe C&C Motors, unprofessional. Do not buy from them. Do not give them any money. Make sure you read every detail in the contract that you are signing. Read all the reviews before contacting or going to this dealership. Do not make the same mistake I did. You have been warned.

I came by to look at an 01 year model vehicle and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was in phenomenal shape and very cleanly. The same goes for the rest of their vehicles on their lot. My salesman was Brad and he was a friendly, professional gentleman during my entire visit. I thoroughly recommend c&c motors, and if you are looking for a fair value on quality stock then look no further. ?

Bought a 2012 Ford F-350 4x4. Drove vehicle to Ohio and breaks were squealing. When I took apart the rear brake the inside break pad was worn down to the metal and the front break caliper had one of the pistons broken. Had to replace the caliper and all the pads. I understand we’re and tear on any used vehicle but with the breakers in this condition it is a serious safety issue when they knew I would be pulling a big Frith wheel camper which this truck. Just make sure you do your own checks before you buy.

David will find out where you work if you leave a bad review and he’ll leave a bad review at your place of employment in retaliation. Then he’ll tell you he’ll remove his review if you’ll remove yours. This place is a nut house. Dealing with Brad is like visiting an insane asylum. What is this guy on? His behavior is incredibly concerning. Just ask some of the reputable dealerships near them about C&C. When they’re finished laughing they’ll tell you some pretty interesting accounts about things these guys have done.

I visited this lot on 9/3/22 as I was looking for a new daily driver to commute to and from work. I came across a Pontiac Solstice. The initial interaction with the salesman started off well. He escorted me with a key to the vehicle. Unfortunately, when I got in the car, the battery was dead. I was informed their "lot guy" quit a month ago. No problem - a quick jump, and the car fired right up. I then asked if I could take it on a quick test drive. This is where things went awry. I was informed that the dealership recently let two customers test drive cars which resulted in wrecks. So, unless I was ready to buy, I couldn't drive the car. That was a huge red flag for me. So, I decided still to test out some features on the lot. The passenger window was broken, the trunk wouldn't pop open to stow the convertible top, the radio didn't work, among other electrical issues. (I was told the issues would be corrected if I decided to move forward). I thanked the salesman for his time but this wasn't the car or experience for me. I then drove to a dealership in Dayton that also had a Solstice and bought it on the spot. I understand the salesman can't help company policy, but the owner can and I hope this policy is changed.EDITED FOR RESPONE TO OWNER:"This person" was not looking for a brand new vehicle. Just a reliable commuter. Your unprofessional response solidifies my decision to shop elsewhere.

Just got a truck here, so far so good. Brad kept the process smooth just like he said, everything went the way he described. Seems like we got a good deal and good rate on a good truck, unless something hidden is lurking concealed somehow, I'd say we are pleased with our experience here. I read quite a few negative reviews online and that kind of worried me, however I brought the vehicle home yesterday , no hiccups, so unless they've somehow managed to disguise junk as a good vehicle, everything went great. I would recommend checking them out if you're shopping for a used vehicle in Chattanooga.

Do not buy a car from here!Edit: I bought a truck from this dealership last year and have never had to do so many repairs on a car. As you can see from this dealer's reviews, this review is not out of the ordinary and certainly not fake. I only wish I had looked at the reviews before visiting this car lot!

Ask question on everything before buying. They told me nothing was wrong with this vehicle when I bought and put fuel in it the fuel gauge will not work and now I have to fix it they will not even help out on fixing it . Be cation when buying from them.
