Burlington continues to have the longest checkout lines I've seen. They have great prices, but I have put my items backnumerous times and left with nothing. Even people who look like managers walk around, oblivious that only one or two registers are open. They have the slowest checkout procedures, resulting in ridiculously long lines. I asked if they had any other help available, and I got no answer, only a look. I've called their corporate office before, but obviously, they don't care either. If you find something to purchase that you can't live without, have at least 15 minutes to wait on the full and running over carts in front of you to be checked out, Burlington is for you.

Good prices on stuff but not that great of a shopping experience. Mainly came here to look at luggage. Found something that would work but it and all the rest of the luggage have security tags clipped through both zippers so you can't open the luggage to see inside. I want to see my options, not just see the outside. So no luggage purchase. TJ Maxx lets me look inside! Then my wife went to try something on and the fitting rooms were unlocked but somebody went inside as we were walking towards them and a worker told her she couldn't use them. But we have been hearing the doors closing constantly. We will just look elsewhere.

Do not waste your time in this store you will be here forever… huge line at checkout in both of the managers just looked and walked away. Nobody even offered to help the poor girl at the register and there were so many people with multiple transactions one person in the checkout ridiculous.

Huge selection of clothing, jackets, shoes, purses etc! The thing I love most about this place is that the lines move along quickly and the staff truly cares ?
