I gave them one star and should not have done that. Missing item from order. Food was cold and when I called about my missing item the shirt manager was very rude and I will never order again from that store if any. Do not waste your time at this location in Hixson TN

Okay, so the food is good- they cooked it fresh, nothing out of the ordinary. However, their customer service is awful. When we walked in, and used a coupon, they had an attitude like we weren't supposed to be there. When my husband asked for sauce for our French fries, they acted so agitated and even made a "ugh" comment. They told us they now charge $0.30 for each sauce. That's more than zaxbys charges for their sauce! We ate inside but kept feeling like they wanted us gone. It really put us off to this burger King.

I ordered with their online app and picked it up in their drive-thru. The manager working the window was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that I was able to order root beer for my drink in the app but at the drive-thru I was told nicely that they didn’t have root beer (don’t know if this store just doesn’t carry it or if it was temporarily not available). Anyhow, she apologized and asked what I’d like instead. Otherwise, all was perfect. I got a Whopper and Have-sies (half fries, half onion rings). All was fresh and tasty. Very satisfied.

Thought I'd go in and order a take out. Cause the drive through was backed up. They took my order fast, but I stepped back and realized quickly that people were waiting and have been waiting a long time. Well I waited 20 minutes before my order came up and it was all wrong. You don't really get it your way. I told the young kid that I wasn't gonna wait another 20 minutes so I wanted a refund and I would go somewhere else. He walked away without saying a word. 10 minutes later I asked him what about my refund. He said that he was busy. But he was quick to take my money. I finally flag down a manager to get my refund. I was there for over 40 minutes and came out with nothing but an I'm sorry. I didn't feel like I rule.

Supposed to be open to 12 AM. Turned off menu while I was waiting to pick up online order. Said they were closed and would not fill the already paid for order.

I stopped by the Hixson Pike restaurant and walked in to order and was amazed at the speed and courtesy of the employees. The restaurant had few eat in customs so seating was very open availability. It's been a long time since I've seen a restaurant so clean inside. My food was served hot, well prepared, and extremely fast. Since I belong to the app for discounts, the price for my meal was very affordable. This Burger King is on my go to list for quick but good food.Parking: The only negative to going to the restaurant is difficulty navigating traffic on Hixson Pike to get in or out of the parking lot.

Went there for a whopper junior after a long night at work. Said they wouldn’t make any lunch til 10:30. I know they are supposed to but they were super lazy. More amazing was that it was the manager who said it. If you don’t want to honor the menu, you shouldn’t be a manager.

I called to see if anyone could help with an issue regarding their app and needing a refund. All I got on the phone was that they had no way to help with app related problems and there was no one they could direct me to. No manager on site that they might could have had taken over the situation since they sounded busy. Overall, pretty disappointing.
