BEWARE!!! I took out a Buick enclave for rental for a week. NOBODY came out of the airport to walk around the vehicle. When it was returned. Cleaned and fueled. Again, nobody came out and walked the vehicle . I got a bill in the mail THREE MONTHS LATER! Saying the windshield was damaged and I owed $800 for a new windshield.They refused to show proof of damage. CROOKS! There was nothing wrong with that windshield. I’m guessing this is how to accumulate extra money.

Mustang Mach E4X was extremely fun to drive. However, I spent at least eight hours over the four days trying to find a suitable charging station. I will not rent an EV until the infrastructure in the US is greatly improved. Trust me on this.

I have used Budget many times and overall was pretty satisfied but this time REALLY RUBBED ME WRONG. Due to a family emergency we had to cut over vacation in 1/2 from 8 days to 4 days. When I return the keys I asked if we get any credit for the unused days. I knew it was a long shot since they already had my money BUT I figured it didn't hurt to ask. The agent handed me my receipt and told me I was being charged $9 additional for a early returned I was SHOCKED! Yes, $9 is northing BUT the fact that they charged me for returning their car early saving them wear and millage and the opportunity to re-rent it to profit double is HORRIBLE! I will always look to other companies 1st now.

The desk staff were super helpful and helped get me a different car. However, the first car I got (rav4) had bald tires. The tires were way beyond a safe level. It is obvious that an inspection was not preformed on this vehicle. On the off chance it was done the tech did not do their job. Thankfully I was able to get a different vehicle that worked well for us.

The staff for Budget was friendly, efficient and helpful at the Chattanooga Airport. This was my first time flying into this Airport and was an overall great experience.

As I live out of state, I had concerns about renting from a business in an unfamiliar place. From the moment I walked up to the counter, Mr. Richard and Mr. Darrell were friendly and helpful, putting me at ease. Upon returning, I had had an exceptionally difficult day. Mr. Richard was not only professional, but also kind and encouraging. Thank you for a seamless experience with great people.

Make sure to review your invoice and charges. It is convenient with liitle accountability to charge a customer for and extra day including add ons without explanation. It's sort-of a loophole for employees/counter reps to make bonuses by adding on extra services. It's happened more than once to me and like most people, I just let it go because it's not worth the time it takes to resolve it and/or I didn't notice the extra charges.

Deodorizer smell was so strong from air vents we had to ride with windows down. We checked rental in on time but got text 3 days later saying overdue! Took too much effort to get customer service to remedy. No mechanical issues with the Chrysler Pacific

When picking up this beautiful car it reeked of pot. It was so bad I left the windows down until I went to a store s picked up an air freshener I was never given a “walk around” so I didn’t notice the minor damages to the car until I stopped. At that point I took pictures so I didn’t get charged upon the return my grandson pulled candy wrappers and trash out of the crevices and under the seats. This was about the worst rental experience I ever had

I rented an economy car for a trip from Chattanooga to Gatlinburg to Asheville. I ended up with a Hyundai Elantra, which was a nice car for the lowest tier rental. It was clean and drove great. The rental attendants on both pickup and drop off were very friendly. I will definitely rent from them again.

The ONLY reason I am giving 5 stars to the Chattanooga Airport Dollar Car Rental location is strictly due to a Customer Service Rep by the name of Ferrell. This young man was professional, courteous and kind. Went over and above in taking care of a customer. One other rep and Ferrell was taking care of MULTIPLE counters. You can only imagine the stress that was put on this young man from tired demanding passengers but he handled it all with grace, kindness and professionalism. Not sure if upper management acknowledges the commitment that this young man is giving. He comes with management experience and can only hope that the current management will put his dedication and effort to the best of use for all departments where needed. It seems it is needed GREATLY! The situations that this young man was put in that was absolutely no fault of his own but he took it, overcame it and made a bad situation workable. Finding this dedication and effort nowadays out of our young people is hard to find. Work ethics and morals seem so lacking in today's world. So I wanted to lift this young man up in gratitude and say THANK YOU for all you're doing. I appreciate you! Keep up the great job. One day it will all pay off if not at this current job it will be somewhere. Keep shining your light in this dark world! You're awesome!

Yes, Richard was at the front desk and he is very helpful and multi tasks extremely well. Very good efficient employee. My experience was great renting a car from here. Would do it again if needed.

We always use Budget, up until a few months ago. They rented some else a car under my husband's name. They billed us, but I disputed with my cc. We had a car rented in Newport RI at the same time. We have called and called to get this settled to no avail. Twice we were told it was taken care of only to get to the next destination, to be told we are blocked from renting. This is ridiculous. You can never get through to anyone on the phone. I'm so over it.
