I stopped by this morning around 8 a.m. with a window motor needing to be replaced. They ordered the part needed to fix the issue. And within the hour, the part was delivered and installed and I was on my way home. Thank you East Ridge Fast Lube for taking care of me and my issue in such a timely manner. Everyone is always so polite and friendly. Where else would I go for car servicing? No where! Thank you all once again!

Chris and the guys at Fast Lube always go above and beyond. Lon and the oil change gang in the front do as well. It’s 25 minutes out of my way and there are closer places, but I’ve been going there for service for 25 plus years and my now college kids plan their routine auto service during their visits home from school. They do Oil changes, tires, batteries, major repairs and parenting advice (yes, Chris told me to teach my kid how to check his own oil now that he goes to school 3.5 hours away). 5 stars because 10 isn’t an option!

East Ridge Fast Lube always comes through with 5-star service. It's great that they're a family-owned business and never take advantage of their customers. I really appreciate their honesty and the high-quality service they provide. I've never been let down by their work, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of solid automotive maintenance.
