came in to get a couple pairs of boots myself, and my boyfriend came with me to get some work boots and cowboy boots but we both left empty handed because of the lack of customer service from the staff. he had asked for help, and the guy was too busy flirting with the other employee on staff to look for more than 5 seconds. i definitely don't recommend going here. at best, go in to find your correct size and order online somewhere else.

If I could give a 10 I would!!!I shopped in the boot barn at the Chattanooga location and was super excited about how helpful, professional, courteous the cashier's and the manager were while Christmas shopping for new boots for my grandchildren! I made 2 more trips back to the Chattanooga store and $1000 worth of merchandise !!! Great job guys!!!

Should be zero stars. Went in looking for a second pair of boots, needed a size 11.5 E or a 12E. The only options on the shelves are D (regular). Two staff members were 10 feet away and could see me clearly looking confused/annoyed at the selection but neither came over to offer assistance. No greeting at the door, nor by the other two employees that saw me as I walked out, clearly angry. This store’s regional management needs to fire the GM and hire someone who will do proper customer service training. I will now be driving over an hour away to Horsetown in Cobb County GA to get boots (where I got my current pair years ago) because they have a better selection and far greater customer service!

Prices are regular retail. Great selection, tho. Staff are friendly and knowledge laden. Restroom could've used some attention. Felt like I needed a hep booster after use.

I was not greeted when I walked in , The customer service was horrible, one of the employees had blood on the side of her face , I bought a pair of Ariat work boots, and they didn't give me the original Ariat box . They just put the boots in a bag , and said thay it would have to buy a box. It was a terrible experience.

ZERO STARS!!!!! Stood looking at boots in front of TWO employees, did they ask if I needed help? NO! They stood around gossiping. No customer service, only boot size you'll find is D (regular) which is incredibly stupid when most people need a size E (wide) just to have a comfortable fit. Disgrace of a store. Their corporate entity needs to revoke the ownership!!!!!
