Don’t work here they tell lies on people Tara and Tracy steal and the last people who run the store get the blame tragic. Then they sit up and finesse people for their money and tell lies. Told me I stole a phone and don’t even have BOOST I GOT VERIZON #1 network dealing with them please be sure to get a lawyer I had to... #Tragic

Tried to move my number from Metro a few weeks ago and was told I could not do that for some reason. Then a white lady named Tara told me I could buy a phone number from her and get a FREE phone. It’s not free if I am paying for a number to get it free. I will never go back to the Boost Mobile off Wilcox Blvd. Not scamming me!!!!

The best boost experience I've had since signing with boost. The manager, Tara was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. She made sure that everything thing was taken care of. This is the reason I will my services with Boost mobile.

I have been a loyal Boost Mobile customer for 17 years of my life and never have I had an issue with having to switch my plan to the Daily from the monthly when I need it to. Before when I used to go to pay my bill I felt as if I had the choice to make what type of plan I needed but apparently that has changed. Boostmobile has officially made things more difficult for me during this pandemic. I Will be switching services AFTER this month since i paid the bill already. I use to love y'alls service from chirping and so forth but honestly, you're service's is not so great.

The service is not that good. Video freezes up and that's a big problem. If not fix soon I'll be making some changes.
