This location saved us from going with a different provider. After going to two other stores which messed everything up and were completely rude and refused to make a sale. This store not only made the sale, they did so with kindness and compassion. Would definitely recommend this location.

Poor customer service I got the wrong phone not the one I wanted spent to much money told them I needed to port my old number she said she could not. My old phone was stolen and now I still can't access any accounts. Rude and unhelpful.

Very misleading representatives. My mother went to pick up her free Motorola G Stylus 5g ($249.99). The 2 ladies in the store attempted to do the upgrade with a Motorola G Prime ($129.99). The rep was holding up the new phone to do the sim swap when I noticed the camera line up was different. I called her out on it and she said they didn't have the Stylus 5g in stock but the Prime is the same. At no time did either of them advise the requested phone was not in stock. They tried cheating her. One Rep stated "I pointed to the phone for you." The phone she pointed to was the Prime in the Stylus 5g description spot. Both reps were shady about the pricing of the phone cases and the screen protector as well. Choose another store because this one is not good at all.The representative was more concerned about her lack of Valentine than doing her job. I absolutely do not appreciate the treatment my mother received.
