Jacques Smith made this experience so much better than anticipated. I totaled my car on Saturday and have sustained trauma with injuries. He helped my husband and I feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process with the special consideration for what we just went through. He immediately took care of our needs with the Tahoe purchase, and he made sure we were happy with what we were getting. I fully recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see Jacques!

I fell in love with bmw from the first drive even my wife got jealous . When I went back to drive my nissan or the Chevy Silverado there is a big difference I divorced my nissan and the chevy and got married with bmw for ever

We were looking for our son’s first car. We found one they had at BMW of Chattanooga that we were very interested in and scheduled an appointment to go in and see it. But, as it always does, LIFE HAPPENS. We had a crazy start to the week and Jacques Smith went above and beyond for us. Stayed in communication with us, even offered to come in on his off day to accommodate us! We finally got down there this afternoon and were treated to a great car buying experience. He answered any questions that we had with expertise and was very helpful and the process could not have went any smoother. The finance department was great as well. All in all, it was a great experience and our son is extremely happy with his first car! Thank you all so much!
