The turnaround from order to delivery was just under a week, and Chris delivered and installed our glass table top in the rain, taking every precaution and drying it before putting it in place. This is the second time we've used Binswanger Glass, and I won't hesitate to call on them again if I have need. Reasonable prices, great product, good people.

In July 2024, asked for rough estimate to replace broken glass panes on 2 windows. Upon Binswanger request they asked for (and received) pictures and measurements of the panes. Did not hear back until I called them today. I spoke to the same person at Binswanger, she stated they (Binswanger) were not taking any “future orders”. I asked when this “new” policy took effect, she said “a few weeks ago”. Uh uh, not sure I believe that.

Just a small project customer but they treated me like a contractor of importance. Very quick turnaround, super helpful and jumped through hoops to take care of an issue. Highly recommend!

I work for a local Handyman Service and we use Binswanger quite often. Paul and Kelly are always so helpful and 9/10 can point me in the right direction if they can not assist. Highly recommend using for commercial and residential!

I am rarely excited to write a Google review, even a good one.When a hotel guest broke a large pane of glass, I needed a guide of what to expect on price. The best quote I got for that pane from an online vendor was $500, with us installing it, plus shipping.One call to Binswanger did the following:1) A truck arrived in no time with Paul and Tracy, both outstanding. They took measurements and called them in.2) A call from Kelly gave me a quote of $580 installed, a substantial savings in money and headaches.3) Same-day install of safety glass I needed, an even better grade of glass than I was quoted online - saving me even more money in reality.There is no wonder Binswanger is so highly successful nationwide.
