They no longer have a service desk. Recently received a big lots credit card, mucho trouble trying to activate. Tried by phone, online and called service center. They told me to go to the store and the service desk would be able to do it. No service desk at the stores anymore. Also like every where else they are suffering from greed and have had price increases that I feel are just too much.

Great place. Lots to choose from. Only bummer just like everywhere else I've been to... Folks like to get into things and destroy stuff. I was looking for makeup. Most in the cheap bins were opened already.

I love to see what great items Big Lots has with savings.The Gunbarrel Rd. Store was clean and well stocked.The associate's where very nice and knowledgeable as of location of items and sales.Christmas trees are out and if one is needed I recommend purchasing one early.Last year there was a shortage.
