Couldn't find a soul to help me find mouse. Took me 20 minutes to find them, and they were all high tech gaming mice. Not paying $43 for a mouse. Wait two days and hit up Amazon.

An elderly man kept asking for assistance with a small fridge for his garage. He sat down 4 times by the service desk. No one ever came.I personally asked 2 female associates and they said they had no help, but they're just standing around chatting, they said: "Have a nice day sir, it is what it is." No one ever assisted me, but I really just came to compare prices. I don't shop here anymore. They are rude!

Rude sale associates. Will not assist you when you ask for help. They always say they have no employees and no one wants to work. I only stop by to physically check the item I want, then order it from Amazon.

Buyer beware. I purchased online pick up in store a gift. No where on my receipt emailed to me nor did they in person tell or give me anything stating if for any reason I needed to return it it had to be within "13" days according to their executive manager. According to the first individual he stated a different date either way neither time frames where ever stated or given to me. I provided proof to the manager and he still would not budge. Poor customer service on a high dollar item. If they had what we wanted to exchange for it would have meant even a bigger sale and still they would have not done it based on what he said. All I can say is don't buy a gift for someone and make sure it is 100% what you want before making your purchase.

Went looking for a new processor and motherboard. As far as the AMD chips go. They didn’t have any that matched the socket type for the motherboard they were selling. So I left buying nothing.

Love everything here and super easy to buy online and pick up but the store needs serious help when it comes to customer service. Everyone is so so rude who works here. Maybe that's what they hire for.

Went looking for an item which they didn't have, and the store associate was able to understand what I was looking for and show me where it would be so I could look for myself. I consider that helpful instead of just getting a quick no answer and thus wondering if he understood what I wanted.
