I was able to get help selling my home in North Chattanooga thanks to Josh Zadan. He gave me a great timeline on the sale and went above and beyond to find me the right buyer. My family and I was able to move to Knoxville in record time. The best part was the hospitality of the entire Beakshire team. Communication was great would recommend using them for any home sales!

This was the worst experience I have ever had working with a realtor. I would avoid this place at all cost. Our realtor was very unresponsive. Every time he said he would get back to us on something he always left us hanging. It often took me having to reach out again before getting any answer. When we wanted to make an offer he did not ask us any of the important questions. He assumed everything and filled out the questions without consulting me on anything other than what my name was and what we were offering. On the property we wanted to make an offer on received another offer he took on this defeated attitude about how we won't get the lot. The lot hadn't accepted any offer at that time mind you. Ill be more careful next time about finding a competent realtor. Definitely avoid this place.
