Bellhop did a great job with our move from Atlanta to Nashville! It was a one-day move where it took them 1.5 hours to load up the truck (2 guys) and 1.5 hours to unload the truck with 3 guys. They were professional and showed up on time. They even safely packed up some art and wall picture frames for us on the spot. Nothing was damaged.

My team was great, efficient, careful and just super nice young men. The estimate for time was spot on and no hidden charges. I was wary as I’d had a horrible moving experience just 6 months before but not this time. I’d recommend Bellhop to everyone who needs something moved.

I would give them a million stars if I could! Josiah, Jesse, Michael, and Evan are a move day dream team. Candidly, I've never had a positive experience with other moving companies I've used in the past, and I was a basket case of stress in the weeks leading up to move day. This crew was phenomenal and made the whole experience easy and FUN. They were super efficient yet took so much care in protecting all my belongings, I felt like a genuinely valued customer. They were clearly experienced pros and they were so personable! The whole process from beginning to end was next level: I'm a bit neurotic, and Clint from the booking team included every single detail I wanted in the notes and made sure my move was set up for success. Anthony on their customer support team was super proactive about keeping me updated, and Anna is a truck driver HERO. The mountains around Chattanooga are a fiasco.... Trucks get stuck and tip over on a regular basis but she navigated the mountain like a BOSS. And the platform..... Getting my own dashboard with all my important move day information in ONE PLACE is literally revolutionary - Who knew moving companies are evolving with technological advancements?! It was so great and timesaving to not have to search through emails to find info. I particularly enjoyed "meeting my team" ahead of time and getting to review + tip afterwards via my customer dash. Very clever concept and whoever developed the platform is a straight up genius. Love seeing a moving company care about their customers so much they work to revolutionize an industry that is not traditionally known for providing a great customer experience. I loved the whole process. I can't thank this team enough - You have definitely made me a lifelong Bellhop fan!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Professional, Efficient, Accommodating and friendly! The BEST bunch of movers you could ever want! After a VERY bad experience using 'professional \" movers prior to using the Bellhops-- we will only be using Bellhops from this point foward! There is no one else for us. There isn't enough space to type all of the adjectives I could use to describe the team!

Cancelled at 4:30pm the day before an 8am truck packing for a cross-country move; rescheduled for next day. I made a series of cascading changes to all of my other move reservations to accommodate. Morning of the rescheduled move, they called 15 minutes before schedule and cancelled. Day of move. I had to ask for the refund of my deposit; it wasn't offered. No good enough explanation was offered on why the move -- reserved five weeks in advance - was not going to be honored. I've used them before and felt good about their services, but this has left me 1000% high and dry, cost me several hundred dollars in changed reservations so far, and left with no backup on a day when I have to be out of a house. The worst.

Bellhop has on a bill shown a credit for services not performed but sent the credit to the credit company as a charge. They refused to correct their mistake

I called Bellhop to disassemble doing room furniture, and transport to our garage and lower den. I taped the glass doors shut on the curio, and my husband provided the proper wrench for them to take apart the dining room table. They also moved a smaller table, a sideboard, and 6 dining room chairs. Cergio and Emil arrived right on time at 8:00. Very nice young gentlemen. The transported my dining room furniture with great care, and all went without a hitch! I will certainly call Bellhop in the future!

This company is horrible. They charged me 1,100 and they sent kids to move me. They broke the legs off my file cabinet, I found my clothes in the street, they lost the screws to my bed and I found my doll supplies thrown in the yard. I called to file a claim for my file cabinet and bed damage and you cannot get anyone. I finally got through and they emailed me a settlement and I responded to their Settlement and I never received it. I called back and they said since they didn’t hear from me,they closed my case. They said i never responded back, but I’m looking at my emails I sent back to them. Horrible, horrible company. I said why didn’t you send me a letter or call me. They said we do not call or send anything in the mail, but shouldn’t you, since you give people a short period of time to respond back before you close their case? Then they lie and say my claim included my file cabinet, when I’m looking at my claim and see the file cabinet is not on there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

I’m extremely disappointed with Bellhop headquarters (not the actual movers, they’re a godsend and amazing). But the actual Bellhop company, they do not care at all about the customers that use their services, as another review said they leave people high and dry, and people are stuck to deal with costly problems on their own dime. We booked movers for yesterday the 5th. Both my roommate and I took the day off work and drove out to our storage locker to prep stuff. Got a call two hours before the move that the moving team can’t come out and that Bellhop will send a new team out to us the next day to move at 8am. We took another day off work, woke up at 7, drove out to our storage locker and there’s no movers here. We call headquarters and are told that after the first call with us they realized that they didn’t actually have movers to send out to us yesterday, but ran out of time in the work day to get to us and let us know… So now, our moved is pushed back to Monday. So that’s now the third time we have to call off from work. Plus it’s an 5 extra days cost of our existing rent and storage locker cost. This ~$900 move is now costing us just as much in lost expenses. They said the most they can give us on a discount is 15% off. That’s absolutely no accountably whatsoever on Bellhop as a moving company to rectify and fix the situation. This is costing us hundreds of extra and our employers are mad with us for having to last minute call off so many days off work. The customer service representatives I talked with were absolutely amazing. It’s not their fault. It’s Bellhop as a greedy company’s fault who won’t approve to let their employees to give us any more off our move than just a tiny 15%. I really hope that Bellhop fixes this, otherwise this service isn’t a trustworthy moving company to trust during expensive and costly times in your life when you’re moving.

Timothy, John, and Darius were great. They arrived on time, kept the mood light and fun for my stressed out parents, and handled all of the property with careful efficiency. Can't say I want to move again anytime soon, but if I do, Bellhop gets my call. Thanks, guys.

This was our 2nd great experience with a Bellhop moving team. The Bellhop gentlemen did a great job and moved our heavy studio piano a short level distance from our garage to our den. We were pleased with their efforts. John K & Dwayne M. did a great job and we will definitely use Bellhop for future moves.

Horrendous experience!! 45 minutes before the movers were to arrive I received a text advising they would need to Re-schedule. it took a couple of hours to get a hold of someone who could help me-there were no trucks - we rescheduled for the following Friday-i cut my vacation short and had to use points to rebook my flight to do this- again they were a no show(even after guaranteeing they would be there!) When I called it went from they are running late to they can come but can't stay long- rescheduled again to the next morning at 8 am- again a no show. Every time this happened I got a new case manager- Deshana was the first- I emailed her the morning of the scheduled move to confirm we were still good to go but she didnt reply. when nobody showed up the second time Kristen was assigned to my case and had no knowledge of the first incident. All contact efforts outside of texting were initiated by me- Do NOT use this company!! Horrendous experience!

My boyfriend is a long distance sales rep for this company so when it came time for us to move we of course wanted to utilize this company. The day before our move (literally hours before really) we get a call that their moving truck has broken down. So if we wanted to move on our moving day we had to find a uhaul. We found a uhaul and had it ready for the movers. No big deal. I went ahead and went to the new apartment with the dog and waited for my boyfriend and the movers to show up. I waited a good 45 minutes for them to show up and I thought that was odd since we are literally moving 6 minutes up the street. Come to find out, the movers decided to GO GET PIZZA without notifying us so we got to spend 45 minutes freaking out on the phone with support. Then when it came time for them to unload the truck, my boyfriend did most of the lifting and unpacking. I saw the movers come up only a handful of times. It’s so disheartening to see the man I love put so much time and energy working as a sales rep for this company, and they couldn’t even make his move go smoothly. Very very disappointed in this service. Hopefully support, his manger, and the department can get it together.

While I am upgrading my review from a 2 to a 3 on my review I still wish my sons expensive bed had been properly assembled and the dirt wasn't on my bed and couch. As a customer service expert I can say that referrals from me would have been more valuable I believe someone should have called to ask about the additional damage. But, well done on the rely. I do appreciate the effort.While the movers did a good job and were expeditious but the company itself needs help in customer service area. They broke valuable curio (heavy LARGE ) and we sent the pictures in of the damage within a few minutes and I filled out a claim. I didn't hear back from them even after two emails were sent out. I called and sat on hold for over 15 minutes so I hung up and called back. A woman answered and basically said "you're claim is on hold bc you didn't send pictures in." Yes. We. Did. The movers sent them and so did I. Long story short I had to send three more follow up emails to get the report done and then they offered me $90. NINETY dollars for a huge curio cabinet. It was NOT a cheap one either. So I have had a broken curio taking up a huge corner in my house, boxes I can't unpack and now they offer me not enough to even replace it with something big enough to hold everything that was in it. I saw today that my sons bed was put together wrong and there is black stuff all over my extra couch and my bed ($1600 mattress). It will cost half the amount they offered just to get the cabinet picked up! I HAD to accept the claim because I wrote back to dispute and they STILL haven't responded and honestly I am sick of dealing with this. So, Bellhop before you write "You accepted our claim" just know it was because you have yet to respond and I have no more energy for this issue.
