Pricing. We came in to get a Suit, on an emergency basis. Suite for men seem to be hard to come by. There were plenty in stock, but for the Jacket - $220. Pants were $100. I didn't see any sale postings in the department either. This was the price. We left. I went to Kohl's, got the EXACT same Jacket, with matching pants, and a nice tie for $218 after tax out the door. The jacket was $115 and the pants were $59. Same style, same cut, same color, everything. I won't go inside a Belk again. I used to trust Belk as a brand, but this was highway robbery for the exact same thing is much less just a few miles down the road.

It appears to me, that if you are having to walk around your store with merchandise, trying to find a register open, it’s a problem!!

Long lines at register. Employees walks by as we stood for 10-15 mins. The cashier talked about her daughter wasting time. 5 or 6 people deep in both lines.

I'm giving 5 stars for Lisa, who works in the ladies' clothes section. She is the best. Extremely helpful and very personable. As most know, the store doesn't have enough help. It was especially a mess during the holidays. Lots of people waiting to check out, dressing rooms a disaster, and she kept her smile and friendly demeanor through it all. I saw her a couple of weeks ago and told her I appreciated her efforts. Belk mgmt, I hope you realize her value.

The store had a good sell going on at North Gate mall. All of the stores there are closing. I found some good buys at the shoe store there. Love to go to that mall.

Stopped by here while I was visiting my parents in TN, and there were so many great deals at this store. They have a wide variety of clothing and accessories and you can tell that the employees love their job and care for the store the best they can.It always makes me very sad to see physical stores with not as many people as back in the day. So please support them.I was able to get my mom and myself a bunch of nice clothes and shoes.The makeup and perfume counter had great deals and I was able to pick up some perfume there as well.friendly and great store!
