DO NOT GO HERE. They will mess up your eyebrows BIG time.
Threading is a work done by a specific demographic and culture, it’s a preferred and safer eyebrow care and maintenance process than others such as waxing. Being culturally inclusive (meaning, I know how this work should be done) I can tell you 100 percent that these women DO NOT have expert skills OR CARE for customer satisfaction.
They will not shape them properly, often leaving traces of uneven brow work, and poor listening skills for instructions due to a cultural bias they have (if you are from a certain group, they assume you’ll want that style, for example over thinning brows even after requesting not to).
I stuck around to see the work they did on other ladies and the work was HORRIBLE. Anyone with good eyes, even worse, trained eyes in aesthetics can easily see the crooked and jagged lines they leave, and call it good threading.
When you voice yourself, they don’t want to listen. Rude and disrespectful, Very poor representatives of community, and very poor representatives for the work of aesthetic maintenance.
Save your money and pay the extra bucks by the place located by Trader Joe’s area near the TJmaxx, or until you find someone else that is priced reasonable. If you can find reasonable prices in places like NYC (high cost of living) that do HIGH quality work, then someone can sure as heck do it in chattanooga.

Used to always get lashes here but they have some new younger women that don’t know what they’re doing and they will do your eyebrows even if you strictly tell them not to

I really love this place. The lady’s here are very kind and knowledgeable. I have only ever had great experiences here. No appointments needed and I’ve had hair cuts, facials, eyebrow threading, brow tinting etc. it’s very reasonably priced too. 10/10 recommend!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Every time I got there I tell them what I want. And they do what they want to do anyways! They don’t listen!!! Lashes always fall off early and if you don’t like something they will argue with you about it smh! This was my last time here!!!Services: Eyebrow threading

Im not one to complain about service but this was my first time coming to this salon I decided to try waxing instead of threading because I didn't feel like having my eyes water throughout my experience lol. anyways she puts the wax on my eyebrows and it's too hot I tell her it burnt a little and didn't even listen to me and kept going. again I don't like to complain so I let her keep going she finished my eyebrows then proceeds to ask me if I want my upper lips done as well she said "they were too long" I told her no it's okay and she continues to do them with no hesitation again didn't complain. so with all of this combine was the service worth it? yes my eyebrows were perfect but I just wish I was listened to.

I simply asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and tinted. Asked for my eyebrows to not be arched because I don’t like them arched. The girl that did eyebrows arched my left eyebrow and cleaned up my right eyebrow. After looking in the mirror I noticed immediately that my eyebrows looked very different from each other. I told the girl doing my eyebrows that I didn’t like how they looked and that they were very uneven she said that my eyebrows are naturally uneven. After I told both the girls working I was unhappy with my eyebrows they offered to try to fix it. I declined because if you won’t admit you made a mistake or did a bad job why would I trust you to fix what you don’t see a problem with. Never going back. I would only recommend you go here if you want your eyebrows screwed up.Services: Eyebrow threading
