They go from person to person without washing their hands. They rush the process so much that Dee got wax in my actual head of hair. She put a bunch on baby oil on her hands and rubbed in my hair and tried combing it out. She damaged and broke off my hair! She overcharged me for the smallest thing. I left and thought about what happened so I called within 20 minutes asking for at least 50% of my money back. She of course said no. I went back to ask why and she laughed trying to touch me saying she did her job and I got what I asked for. I said I wasn’t ever coming back she specifically said “yes you will you always do”. Dee is a terrible person and she says she’s the manager. Do not go here go to Riz Beauty instead.

This is the WORST place to go to get your lashes done. We came from out of town and My mom wanted to get her lashes done while were here.
They looked horrible they put way to much glue no gloves they dont wash their hand especially when covid is going on as well.
My mom told them she didnt like them and wanted them to be removed so they just put some colored water on her eyes i asked what she was putting on her skin she said water i asked why was ut blue if it was water. Waters clear not blue. Then they put Vaseline and some type of cream remover i asked them if they even had a license they said yes i told them if they had a license they should have all the products like a REMOVER but no.
They took her to a room she laid on the table/bed they then came and put ardell remover on her idk what it was they keep pulling on the extentions and hurting im currently writing this review as its happening youve been warned ⚠️ DO NOT COME HERE if you want to keep you eyelashes

This is why I like the hixson place better. This women left my eyebrows so thin. I never asked to leave my eyebrows to be thin. I said CLEAN UP. Most of the time they know what I mean. I am very delicate when it comes to my face m. I am very upset. I usually don’t complain, but today I am very upset bc this is like the 3rd time it happens.

Went to get my lashes removed and it hurt so bad, which getting your lashes removed shouldn’t be painful, it felt like she picked them off w her fingers which i could’ve done myself. I don’t recall her name but she left my natural lashes damaged, won’t be coming back again.

The eye brow threading is decent. But what I hate is when they guilt me into getting my upper lip threaded. Like I didn’t ask for the service but the woman basically told me I have a mustache without telling me. I don’t even have hair there like that it’s like they play that card just to get you to buy extra service. When I finally gave in she ripped some skin off and had a scab there for a few weeks. Not going back. Lol
