As we waited for the mobile mechanic they extended kindness and provided superior customer service to us. Bruce made sure we were comfortable and continued to find other items the mechanic needed to complete the job. We typically patronize another chain auto parts store, but thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Bruce and Todd O'Reilly will now be our first choice.”

“I needed a hard to find battery for my BMW. I was able to walk in with my core, and I walked out with a replacement battery in a matter of minutes. The prices were good, and the people working there are very helpful. They only sell the batteries as they are the distributor. They do not install them. If you must have it installed, then you need to take some tool and install it yourself, or go to a place where you can purchase a battery and have them install it for you.”
