Paid $150 to get an iPhone 12 fixed. They repaired the glass, but they ruined the lcd touch screen. Refused to refund or repair! Would not go here to get a phone fixed, horrible place. These people should be reviewed by the BBB. They're thieves and are stealing people's money.

Read the phone reviews before you go to this store! I wish I had! DO NOT use for screen repair! They replaced the screen on my grandsons phone on Friday 7/19/24 and by Sunday the phone screen no longer worked and stated it was his fault for using the touch screen! Would not repair or refund any money! I would give zero stars if possible! We were not the only people that had a problem with their repair! If the LCD was broken they should have been up front and not replaced the glass just to get money! This place is a scam!

Paid for a phone screen to be repaired. Fixed. Worked for one day. Now it’s more damaged, calls 911 and screen doesn’t work.

SCAM!!! Paid $327 to have screen replaced, got home noticed a huge bubble under the screen and the screen wouldn’t work at all. Was popping up a warning error on my screen saying that the screen was not an Apple screen. My phone was making phone calls to emergency services and randomly calling people in my contacts. Couldn’t turn it off and it was typing in the incorrect passcode in until it completely locked my account. Went back to the store bc it was under warranty only to be told that since we did not call that they were sorry but the best the could do was a $30 discount and it would be another almost $300!!! Go to Geek Squad, cheaper, better customer service and licensed to work on Apple products unlike Batteries+

I brought my phone to a place in Tennessee to fix it cause I was staying with family and it broke so I brought my phone here to get my screen fixed and not even 24 hours later the screen was messed up and we brought it back and they said it was my fault and I pressed it to hard or I pressed it like I wasn’t supposed to touch a touch screen phone I wouldn’t recommend coming here to get a phone screen repair, they put android screens on apple products and it will mess up your screen.And even the phone will tell you

The guy working there yesterday afternoon is a saint! I walked in to look at a replacement battery for my motorcycle and the store was full of customers waiting to be helped. I got the feeling he was the only one working there at the time. As he was finishing helping one customer, a "Karen" decided to show her colors but he remained calm and answered her professionally. I'm sure the whole store heard my verbal "wow" at her rude comment but I decided to leave before my Irish blood got the best of me. Anyway, they have an impressive inventory for such a small space.

I purchased an Duracell Ultra Platinum AGM Battery for my Toyota Highlander. Good price with a 4 year exchange warranty. Longer warranty than the Auto parts chain stores. The young gentleman that helped install it was very polite & professional.

I wanted to buy a battery for my old APC computer back-up unit but the exact model was not available for online ordering. I inquired about the next model up (the 7A) and was told that it would fit, so I ordered it online. When it was ready for pickup at my store, I took my APC UPS with me to be sure of the fit, and (naturally) it almost, but not quite, fit.
So the store manager was able to order the correct unit (the 6.5A, pictured) for me and have it delivered to my residence (which included a shipping charge). So all is well that ends well; the folks at Batteries + Bulbs are friendly and efficient and I've always received excellent service for all my purchases there.
As is often the case (see Murphy's Law) the APC UPS unit was at the end of its service life of 10 years (per telephone call to APC/Schneider Electric), so the new battery couldn't breathe new life into the old UPS. But - on the bright side - I returned the battery to Batteries+Bulbs and they (quite unexpectedly) refunded the monies I had spent on getting that new battery and returned it to their stock. They also took the kaput APC and recycled it for me. Now THAT is going above and beyond the call of duty! Well done, Batteries+Bulbs; I'll return for all my needs in the future!

They were nice and helpful but they dont actually install in the vehicle. Went in for an auxiliary battery in my vehicle and was told they dint actually put it in the car. Just an FYI.

My '22 Honda Accord Hybrid needed a new battery (12v). Going on the Batteries Plus website, the selector wouldn't list my specific make/model. So, I called and talked with Eric. We agreed that a size 51 was needed and he asked me to come in. Upon arrival, he greeted me and remembered the call. We looked at the car, and he was sure that the battery he had would work. He did look to make sure the date on the battery was fresh (Jan '24 - this being early April '24), and quickly and efficiently installed the battery. He also put a device in the port in the car to help save the computer memory. In and out in around 15 minutes. Big kuddos to Eric for the great service!
