If I could rate them less I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have every encountered. Used the website to book an appointment and no response, so I called and booked an appointment for what I thought was the 25th, but received a text message for the 18th. I showed up on the 18th to a closed shop. Confused, I called and left a message.....4 days later, still no response. They may give great haircuts, but getting an appointment is ridiculous!

Wonderful business and I am grateful to have found them. I have had 2 pedicures here with Carly and she is such an amazing person, so kind and fun, and does a great job! I have also had 2 haircuts with Kaylee and I've been very happy with these as well! Great option for hair and nails if you are looking for more natural and healthier or lower tox options!

It's been years since I've had a hair cut that actually brought me joy. Kaley not only listened to what I was hoping for, but also helped me understand the correct words to communicate what I wanted. Once I explained what I THOUGHT I wanted, she repeated it back to me with examples and helped me recognize that I wasn't using the right words for what I was looking for. Thank goodness! She saved me! Finally a wonderful haircut all thanks to her patience, honesty and kindness.
