I am NOT happy about even having to give Averitt ONE star, they do NOT deserve even that! This is the 2nd time Averitt has delivered an HVAC system damaged. It took over 1 month to ship from OH to MN. Thankfully, the 1st shipment I was home and demanded the driver take photos (I did also) of the damage to the furnace. The 2nd time, the driver dropped off the A/C and ran for it before I could get home. A/C is damaged and Averitt is denying my claim. All this even though according to Averitt, someone was supposed to be home to sign for the delivery (I am looking forward to seeing if the driver forged my signature). I arrived home 5 minutes after the driver took off according to my neighbors and he did not wait at all, just dropped the A/C and took off.

I have been working here a year and it is a great place to work BUT if you are an over the road driver I suggest you take an Uber or taxi because if you park your vehicle at the service center and it gets hit or the tires get slashed they will NOT fix it. They expect you to take care of their property but could care less about yours.

A huge THANK YOU to the Averitt Express dock workers who were able to off load the excess weight placed inside my trailer from another company !!! and then check to make sure I was at LEGAL WEIGHT !!! before driving out to Orlando Florida
